Description

The flats are realised on the south side of the barn, with south-facing terrace for lovely outdoor seating. Each flat has wifi, TV with extensive international channels, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and box-spring beds (90 x 210). Bed linen is provided for each bed, so no need to bring it with you. Upon request, beds can be made for you and towels can be rented.
Free use of cots and high chairs are available. Several original wooden barn elements make the flats cosy and give them a rural Zeeland character.

You can enjoy your holiday early on the day of arrival, you can use the flat from 14.00 and on the day of departure until 10.00. We rent the flats from Friday to Friday (June, July and August). Pets are unfortunately not allowed. In the other months, they can also be rented for a weekend, midweek or from Monday to Monday. Our flats can be rented all year round. During the winter months, underfloor heating provides extra comfort during your stay.

The 6-person flat is built on the spot where the milk room used to be. The living room/kitchen is a cosy large room with lots of light (31m2) In the hall you will find the toilet and the stairs to the upper floor. Upstairs in the old hayloft are two spacious bedrooms, each with a washbasin. There is also a separate second toilet and bathroom. The third "bedroom", with a nod to earlier times, is a spacious alcove, accessible via a small staircase.

Location and surroundings of object

For a quiet holiday in the Zeeland countryside, you are most welcome. Our farm is located near rustic Mariekerke in the heart of Walcheren, in a quiet side street.

At a 6-minute drive by car or a small neighbourhood bike ride from the farm, you will find the beach of Zoutelande. Places like Middelburg, Veere, Domburg, Westkapelle and Vlissingen are also within cycling distance of our campsite. Our campsite is located at a cycle path junction, but can also be the starting point for a brisk walk. In the village of Meliskerke (2 km) you can do your daily shopping at the supermarket, butcher and baker. It is also possible to rent bikes in the area.
