The parking space is extra wide so that you have enough space to get out. The access path to the house is about 140 cm wide.
Ground floor is accessible for disabled people. For this there is an extra wide front door, sliding door to the bedroom and low threshold to the shower.
The outside terrace is on the same level as the living room.

Our holiday home is located in the center of Meliskerke with many amenities within walking distance. Including a bakery, butcher shop, greengrocer, supermarket and hairdresser are within walking distance.
Our guests appreciate the central location on Walcheren. Zoutelande beach is about 3 km away. Hiking and biking trails are / are starting in the same radius. Domburg, Westkapelle and Middelburg are also nearby.

On arrival we ensure that you have enough dishwasher tablets, toilet paper and cleaning wipes for the first few days.
The beds are made upon arrival.
For children we can prepare a cot and / or highchair, state this with your request. Furthermore, the stairs at the top and bottom are equipped with a safety barrier.
We offer you the possibility to rent a towel package. This consists of a guest towel (30x50), and two bath towels (50x100). The costs for this are € per package.
In the spring of 2020 we expect to be able to install a covered bicycle shed and storage. This will be provided with charging options for e-bikes.

Alles Top. Super ausgestattet.
Ein paar Ablagemöglichkeiten (Haken) und Mikrowelle würden es zum Juwel machen.

Absolute recommendation
We are already the third time in this holiday home and are still simply enthusiastic and super satisfied! The cleanliness and beautiful furnishings invite you to relax in the house even on rainy days. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired.
The landlords are very hospitable and always accessible, give great tips and are very family-friendly. We feel warmly welcome every time. On New Year's Eve/New Year's Day we were surprised with Oliebollen ☺️
We are already looking forward to our summer holiday in Meliskerke!

Great accommodation
Lovingly furnished little house with a wonderful garden, very quiet and relaxing! Butcher, baker, supermarket almost around the corner and within walking distance. Bicycles also available in the village.

If you like it a bit quieter despite the high season, you will find peace and quiet in Meliskerke. Wonderful little place.

Beach holiday as a family
We spent our two-week summer vacation with our daughter in this vacation home. The house is located very quietly in the garden of the landlords. The village of Meliskerke is very nice, has all the necessary shops, and is in a very good location for a beach vacation.
The house itself has everything you need. You just need to pack your personal things and move in and start your vacation. There is even a slide and a small playhouse available so that the little guests don't get bored. Furthermore, the house is very modern and beautifully furnished in a Scandinavian style. The hosts themselves are very nice people who immediately respond to inquiries and are always available to help and even had time for a short conversation. We can fully recommend the accommodation. Absolutely perfect for a beach vacation as a (small) family.

Zeer mooi verblijf dicht bij Zoutelande
Wij hebben een heerlijke week in Zeeland gehad in het huisje van Wouter en Kyra. De accommodatie is bijzonder aangenaam en heeft tevens een heerlijke tuin. Het ligt op een goede locatie met een bakker, slager en een kleine supermarkt op enkele minuten lopen. Met de fiets (fietspad) ben je in 10 minuten in Zoutelande. De communicatie verliep allemaal erg makkelijk en snel. We hadden een aantal items in het huisje laten liggen en deze werden binnen enkele dagen al naar ons toegestuurd. We komen zeker nog een keertje terug!

Urlaub im Grünen am Meer
Sehr schönes, kleines Haus mit großem Garten im Grünen. Optimal für eine kleine Familie mit Kind/ern. Das Haus hat einen tollen Garten mit viel Sonnenlicht und in direkter Nähe einen Supermarkt, Metzger, Bäcker, Restaurant und einen großartigen Spielplatz für Klein und Groß. Zum Strand sind es (je nach Ziel) 10-25 min Fahrtzeit oder mindestens 45min Fußweg. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist durch das Schlafzimmer im EG begehbar. Das Schlafzimmer im OG hat ein Waschbecken. Die Abstimmung mit Andries und Kyra war sehr gut.

Fijn plekje!
Wij hadden met onze 2 kinderen een heerlijk verblijf bij Andries en Kyra. Vanaf het vakantieadres kun je gemakkelijk allerlei uitstapjes maken. We hebben ons geen dag verveeld!
De keuken en de kamer zijn samen niet heel groot, maar met 4 personen is het goed te doen. Verder is het huisje van veel gemakken voorzien en netjes schoon.

TOP holiday home
Very nice, modern holiday home in an ideal location. We enjoyed our holiday as a couple very much. The interior has a very good layout and is tastefully decorated. The outdoor area (terrace, garden) is very spacious, quiet and beautifully designed. The parking space very close to the house is very practical. Meliskerke has good shopping facilities for daily needs and the very beautiful beach in Zoutelande is very easy to reach. It is also a good starting point for excursions into the surrounding area. The landlords are extremely nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable from the beginning and would love to come back.

Holiday home in the countryside
We felt very comfortable, the house has a lot of charm with its large garden and construction. It is very bright, comfortable and friendly. The landlords are very accommodating and helpful. For cyclists, Meliskerke is an ideal starting point. A windy, but very relaxed vacation in this versatile and beautiful environment.

Urlaub zu Zweit (Me&Son)
Haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Sehr nette Vermieter. Abwicklung alles gut. Vor Ort sehr guter und angenehmer Service, sprich sehr angenehme Vermieter. Wir hatten zwei außerplanmäßige Anliegen, die beide sofort gelöst wurden.

Die Vermieter bieten hier eine ökologisch , nachhaltiges Ferienhaus mit Fahrradunterstellhaus, einschließlich Lademöglicheit für zwei E-Bike. Das Haus bringt für alle Interessen ein Refugium und liegt zentral zu den exclusiven Stränden von Zoutelande und Domberg, die alle mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen sind.
Die Vermieter selbst, sind in empathischer Art und Weise um Ihre Gäste bemüht indem Sie alles versuchen, Ihnen ein tolles Urlaubserlebnis zu ermöglichen.

Gerne kommen wir mal wieder
Sehr schönes, neu modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Von Meliskerke aus konnten wir viele Radtouren starten und waren auch mit dem Rad schnell in Zoutelande und Domburg. Sehr nette Vermieter. Haben sich ale Mühe gegeben uns den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Bestens geeignet für zwei Personen, da die Aufteilung Doppelschlafzimmer und WC/Bad ein bischen ungünstig ist. Bad/WC nur vom Doppelschlafzimmer zugänglich. Leider fehlte uns ein Grill. Wir haben von zu Hause einen mitgebracht und ihn dann für die nächsten Feriengäste dort gelassen. Terrasse und Garten haben wir morgens und abens gut nutzen können. Sehr guter Metzger und Bäcker am Ort und auch zu Fuß sehr schnell zu erreichen
(nur ein paar Meter entfernt). Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Das schöne, kleine gemütliche Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet, die Vermieter sind ebenfalls sehr nett und gastfreundlich, man kann dort im Garten sehr schön entspannen, sehr zu empfehlen
