Spacious double chalet with large garden directly on the canal with its own jetty and rowing boat.
The chalet offers all the space and comfort for a wonderful holiday. There is a spacious living room with central heating and air conditioning, two large bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, shower and washing machine.
A cot with changing unit and a high chair are also available.
The garden has a large terrace with garden furniture and a shed. There you will also find the barbecue including accessories.
There is a jetty by the water from which you can explore the area with the rowing boat (use at your own risk).
You can park your car directly at the chalet.

2. Bedroom: Bunk bed 90 x 200, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside lamps and radio - cassette - CD player
Bathroom: bathtub, WC, separate shower and washing machine
Living room: with large comfortable sofa, TV, Blue-Ray player, various DVD's, shelf with books, various games, central heating, air conditioning
Kitchen: fully equipped: Gas hob, microwave, mini oven, fridge with freezer compartment, crockery, glasses, cutlery, Senseo, coffee machine, toaster,
Kettle, egg cooker, pots, pans etc.
Shed: Barbecue incl. accessories, etc.
Check in: From 14:00
Check out: until 10:00 am
High season (July + August): 700,- € / week arrival and departure on Saturdays
Low season (April, May, June, Sept. + Oct.): 500,- € / week Arrival and departure on any day of the week except Sundays
Additional costs:
Reservation fee: 20,- €
Final cleaning: 60,- €
Deposit: 100,- € (will be transferred back within 14 days)
Pets (max. 2): 3,50 € /day
Per night (min. 2): 110,- €

Easter, Ascension Day + Whitsun: € 360 (3 nights, departure at 18:00)
Visitor's tax: Children up to 3 years: free of charge
From 3 years: May - August € 4.30 per person/day

Chalet U30 is located in the beautiful camping park De Holle Poarte in Makkum directly on the Ijsselmeer.
In about 5 minutes you can reach the beach / beach promenade with restaurant and shops.
The reception is also about 5 minutes from our chalet and the marina.
At the reception there is a chill room for young people, a supermarket, launderette and a playground
Ice cream parlour and restaurants.
Other leisure activities include fishing, swimming, kite surfing, bike hire, sailing, surfing, volleyball and water skiing.
There is also a surf school on the beach.

We bought the chalet in October 2021 and offered it to holiday guests for the first time in 2022. We ourselves come from the beautiful state of Hesse and holiday in Chalet U 30 as often as we can.
