This modern, recently renovated vacation home, with a generous living space of approximately 135 sqm and additional terraces, is located on a spacious, well-protected corner plot of around 600 sqm. Three years ago, the house was extensively renovated and now shines in new splendor. The numerous glass fronts and the bright, contemporary decor fill the entire house with natural light. Especially, the rooftop terrace offers a magnificent view of the sea and the green surroundings – the perfect place to relax.
The house is divided as follows:
On the ground floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, as well as two modern shower rooms (one of them en suite). The open living and dining room invites you to linger with satellite TV, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. From the dining area, there is a wonderful view of the pool and the well-maintained garden. The fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, leaves nothing to be desired.
In the outdoor area, there is a practical outbuilding equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and an additional refrigerator. The holiday home is fully furnished, including bed linens and towels, and is available for rent all year round.
A highlight is the large, covered terrace with a generous dining set and an additional awning for pleasant shading. A cozy reading corner invites you to linger. The pool area offers 6 comfortable loungers, a sun umbrella, and an outdoor shower. The pool itself measures approx. 4 x 8 meters and promises refreshing bathing fun. An attractive outdoor kitchen with a gas grill is ideal for convivial BBQ evenings. Additionally, there is a small breakfast terrace on the east side of the house, equipped with another table and 6 chairs – the perfect place to start the day relaxed.

Cala Llombards is a picturesque bay on Mallorca with white sand and crystal-clear water. The village of the same name is a small coastal town located near the beautiful larger town of Santanyi. It has one of the most beautiful natural beach coves on the island, just a 5-minute walk from the house. The town has a small supermarket that is open daily during the season (including Sundays). In addition, there is a nice bar for small snacks and a restaurant in the hostel, as well as a beach bar on the beach.
