Modern holiday apartment with large rooftop terrace and stunning views - La Palma, Canary Islands
Our lovingly modernized holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a completely renovated house (core renovation 2023–2025) in the heart of Santa Cruz de La Palma - about 100 m above sea level and with views of the city, sea, and mountains.
The approximately 75 square meters of living space include a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living area with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. The highlight is the large rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and panoramic island views. Ideal for couples or small families. The 60 m² apartment offers:
a bright bedroom with a large double bed and access to a balcony,
an open living, dining, and kitchen area with a well-equipped kitchen,
a modern bathroom with a bathtub,
as well as a practical hallway with a laundry room for additional storage space.
If you are traveling with more than two people, there is a fold-out sofa bed in the living area available - ideal for families or small groups. (If you need a bit more space, just ask: there is a small apartment in the basement that is actually intended only for personal use.) For a small extra charge, you can also use that;-)
☀️ Highlight: Above the apartment is a spacious 40 m² rooftop terrace with an impressive panorama – enjoy your morning coffee here with a view of the sea (The sun rises over the sea) or relax in the evening with a view of the mountains and the lights of the old town.
- Comfortable self-check-in via key safe allows you maximum flexibility on arrival. - Location & Surroundings:
You can reach the sea within 10-15 minutes on foot - along the way through the charming old town with cafes, shops, and colonial architecture.
Those who do not want to walk back uphill can conveniently take a bus or a taxi (taxi approx. 5-6€ per trip).
The airport is only 15 minutes away - also easily accessible by taxi or bus. Parking is public: there is no fixed parking space, but you can usually find a parking spot for your rental car in the area without any problems.
As we are just starting with the rental, it may be that some small things are still missing - for this reason, we are currently offering the accommodation at a particularly low introductory price. We appreciate honest feedback to continuously improve the apartment.

Nos dejo tirados
Hicimos una reserva para alojarnos en la celebración de Los Indianos. En principio todo correcto, nos contestó y todo parecía correcto. Varios meses después nos envía un mensaje diciendo que no es posible alojarse ya que no se había dado cuenta de que esas fechas coincidían con Los Indianos ¿?, que lo sentía mucho pero que no estaba disponible. Ya había comprado los pasajes y nos dejó tirados. Menos mal que conseguí otro alojamiento pero este señor no tiene ninguna formalidad. Cuidado!!!

Couple's stay
We are a couple who have come to spend a few days in La Palma. We have been pleasantly surprised with the house. It is spacious and bright. Everything is new and very clean. Additionally, it has a touch of good taste, which is always nice. The views from the rooftop towards the city and the sea on one side, and towards the mountains on the other, I would say is the best. That corner of the house is spectacular. Although it is not just a corner, because the rooftop is quite spacious. We have had all the necessary comforts, and the hosts have been willing to help and facilitate the stay at all times. They have been very friendly and kind. Highly recommended.

Well-maintained holiday apartment with a great sun terrace and fantastic view
Beautiful holiday apartment, everything newly furnished, clean, nice small balcony and even nicer large rooftop terrace! Beautiful new Ikea kitchen, nice bedroom with a good bed. The landlord is very communicative and always reachable, takes care of everything - we were very satisfied! If you are good on foot, you can reach the city center in just under 15 minutes on foot - there are a few elevation meters that you have to climb back up on the way back :-) Otherwise, we liked the location in Santa Cruz - we can well imagine coming back!

Meine zweite Heimat in Santa Cruz mit großer Terrasse und traumhafter Aussicht
El highlight del apartamento es, sin duda, la terraza. Es increíblemente amplia y ofrece unas vistas espectaculares de toda Santa Cruz, tanto de día como de noche. Vale la pena pasar unas horas leyendo, haciendo yoga o disfrutando de la salida del sol.
Encontramos el apartamento muy limpio y completamente equipado para cocinar en casa. La vecina es muy amable y nos trajo plátanos de su jardín, lo que nos encantó.
El camino a la playa se hace en unos 5 minutos andando y los mercados también están muy cerca. Götz estuvo siempre atento a todo lo que necesitábamos.
Me sentí como en mi segunda casa.
Volveré pronto.

Dreamlike view and pure relaxation in La Palma - Incredible views and pure tranquility in La Palma
We had a wonderful stay on La Palma! The accommodation is freshly renovated, very cozy, and absolutely clean. I particularly liked the balcony and the large rooftop terrace with a dreamlike view over Santa Cruz to the sea. The walk to the beach takes about 15 minutes downhill on foot. I swam every day, the water was crystal clear and the beach nice for a little walk! Afterwards, of course, breakfast on the rooftop terrace - I still miss that! The terrace was also perfect for doing yoga - I’ve never had such a view during my yoga class before :) Santa Cruz itself is a cozy, colorful city with many small cafés, and everything is easily accessible on foot – even if you have to go uphill sometimes :) Hikes into the mountains can be started directly from the accommodation. The neighborhood is pleasantly quiet – just the right place to relax after a day at the beach or in the mountains. We would come back anytime!

I especially loved the balcony and the spacious rooftop terrace, from where there are incredible views over Santa Cruz to the sea. The beach is about a 15-minute walk downhill, ideal for a daily swim in the crystal-clear water. I went swimming every day and I still miss breakfast on the terrace :) Santa Cruz is a small, colorful city with a lot of charm, full of nice cafés. Everything can be explored on foot, as long as you don't mind walking uphill and downhill. Additionally, it is possible to start hiking routes directly from the accommodation. The neighborhood is very quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or on a hike. We would definitely return!

Hello dear guests and those who would like to become one. We are a family with three children from Berlin and have fulfilled a dream on the beautiful Canary Island of La Palma (Isla Verde - the Green). From 2023 to 2025 we acquired an old house and completely renovated it. Since then, our dear Clara and her daughter have been living permanently on the ground floor. In the basement, we have set up a tiny apartment with a small kitchen and shower - toilet for our own use (can also be used by others for a small surcharge). We would like to rent out the holiday apartment on the first floor, which has a roof terrace above it, to vacationers like you, so that this apartment is not empty when we are not there with the whole family.
