On the east coast of Istria, just a few kilometers from the medieval town of Labin and the beaches of the seaside resort of Rabac, this new villa for 8 people awaits you in the small village of Kapelica.
The modern styled villa offers 4 bedrooms (3 x double bed, 1 x two single beds), 3 bathrooms and a spacious living-dining area on one level. Outside you will find a covered terrace with barbecue and a large garden with play facilities for young and old (swings, badminton and volleyball net, soccer goals). The 36m² pool with massage jets invites you to relax - sun loungers (6 pieces) and parasols are of course available.
