The villa, built in 2014. Tina is situated in the small Istrian village Dobrani in Barban. Far away from mass tourism to expect from the 2015 season amidst untouched nature an exclusive estate of 2 individual houses for up to 12 people.
The host family, which offers really need an apartment in Bale for guests has, is investing a lot of time and energy, and to put all the experience gained in recent years. The modern and very tastefully decorated houses each have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living-dining area. The very well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.
Outside there is also on the front porch, a large grill. Enjoy the garden, on the terrace or by the pool (34m²), the sun, while the children have fun on the large grounds with play equipment.

Location and surroundings of object
Fruit, vegetables, eggs, wine and grappa can be bought in the neighborhood. A small supermarket there as well as restaurants in about 2 to 3 km away.
Surrounded by unspoilt nature promises plenty of rest and relaxation, the Istrian village Dobrani. The part of the municipality Barban Dobrani is about 23 km from Labin, 22 km from Pula and 3 km from the picturesque bay Raski Zaljev away with numerous natural beaches and crystal clear water.
Its central location Dobrani is an excellent starting point for excursions, motorcycle, bike and hiking tours.

| Prices are per apartment and night for an occupancy of 12 people. The price includes sheets, towels and (except beach towels), electricity, water, heating if necessary. The local tax (about 1, - € per day for adults, € for children over 12) and the local registration fee of about 2, - € per person per stay is payable locally. The arrival and departure can be made out of season every weekday. In high season the arrival and departure is Saturday. Unless otherwise agreed with the landlord, the apartment is to be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. Arrival is possible from 15:00. |
Cancellation terms:
- Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit of 15% of the rental price (max. 100 EUR) will not be refunded. After that, 80% of the rental price will be due if the property cannot be re-rented in the booked period.
