Aus dem Grund nicht, da die Duplexgarage eine Katastrophe ist. Ich war dankbar, eine Park möglichkeit für meinen Smart (!!!) zu haben, habe mir dennoch das ganze Dach zerkratzt.

Top Lage, für die Größe tolle Aufteilung. Der Pool ist super, v.a. auch beheizt! Bessere Abdunklungsmöglichkeit im "3. Zimmer" wäre super. Doof ist, dass der Parkplatz aufgrund der Größe nicht zu benutzen war. Im Umfeld gibt es nur kostenpflichtige Parkplätze. alles in allem aber sehr zufrieden!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist Super. Im Schlafzimmer ist kein Fenster. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, der Balkon ist ungemütlich eingerichtet. Die Garage ist nichts für Größe Autos
