Holiday apartments & holiday homes with pool in Scharbeutz Scharbeutz

I was looking for peace and found it. The flat has a great location with a view of the sea. Only slightly off the beaten track and yet so central. I really felt very comfortable and could only enjoy the mornings and evenings on the balcony with the fantastic view. Thank you very much for that. I will be very happy to come back :-)

What awaits the holidaymaker when booking the Seaview :
On arrival, we first had a slightly strange feeling at the sight of the apartment complex.
A two-storey flat-roof building with many holiday flats.
The feeling improved when we entered the underground car park. There is a large underground car park with a large parking space. Very nice.
When carrying luggage upstairs, one misses a lift. (The flat owner cannot be held responsible for this, he did not build the house)
But not so easy for older people.
When we turned into the hallway towards the flat, we got a bad feeling again.
A long, somewhat dark corridor with many flats next to each other.
But when we opened the door to the Seaview, we smiled again.
The flat is bright, friendly and modernly furnished.
You have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea from all the rooms. Simply WoW.
The box spring bed in the bedroom is super comfortable and has nothing to do with worn out mattresses that you sometimes find elsewhere.
A big advantage for us is that the entire flat is equipped with electric shutters and offers enough darkness for light-sensitive sleepers.
There is also an electric sun blind on the balcony.
It is also nice that there are two TV sets in the flat, one on the wall in the bedroom opposite the bed, the other of course in the living room.
In the outside area there is a pool for the residents, but I can't write anything about it, because it was not yet open.
A big plus is the beach chair, which belongs to the flat.
When the sun is shining, you can quickly go to the beach, as you have a basket. Great.
There is a window in the bathroom, so you can look out over the bedroom and balcony to the Baltic Sea.
This is nice when showering, but not so much when going to the toilet. It bothered us that you can see into the bathroom from the bedroom and there is no privacy.
My suggestion to the landlord is to stick a transparent film on one side of the window. Look out yes, look in no. There are enough of these films nowadays.
For us personally, this is the biggest minus point.
Two small faults are the water tap at the washbasin in the bathroom, either hot water or cold water, very difficult to control.
And the door to the bathroom, it does not close well. But these are really small things that can be fixed for little money.
We would give this flat a full five stars, but because of the window between the bathroom and the bedroom, which we find disturbing, we deduct one star and give it a good four stars
a good four stars.
Nevertheless, all the advantages of this flat outweigh the disadvantages and we will gladly come back.

Very nice flat and well furnished. The view of the sea is beautiful!
Only negative point for us: much too bright in the small bedroom and not recommended with prams, as you have to carry the entrance stairs and half the floor of the prams.
