Welcome to our house Finja in Kühlungsborn-West.
Our modern house, located close to the beach, offers you a relaxing holiday all year round.
You can expect 4 modern and comfortable 2-room holiday apartments (each 50 sqm in size) for 2-4 people, depending on the apartment.
In our ground floor left apartment, your dog is also welcome (please only 1 dog at a time).
You can find details about the apartments on our website. Free Wi-Fi and a free parking space / underground parking space are included with every apartment.
In the outdoor area, ground floor apartments have terraces and upper floor apartments have balconies.
Here we present our ground floor apartment on the right. It is located on the ground floor of the building.
The apartment will be available fully modernized from 2025.
The atmosphere of the holiday apartment impresses with its Nordic country house style and high level of comfort. Upon entering, you are welcomed by the bright hallway with a wardrobe and large mirror.
The fresh bedroom with a high-quality double bed with new separate mattresses guarantees restful sleep.
The wardrobe with mirror is large and spacious, offering ample space for your holiday clothes.
A cozy sitting/reading corner invites you to relax.
In the tastefully designed living room with a comfortable couch, you will feel at home. A flat-screen TV, a selection of books, and board games provide suitable entertainment.
The open, fully equipped kitchen area with dining table adjoins the living room.
You can expect all the conveniences of a state-of-the-art kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, oven, induction hob with Bora cooktop extractor, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle... and more than enough dishes and accessories for 2 people). A washing machine with dryer is also available to you in this apartment.
From here you can also access the terrace belonging to the apartment, with seating furniture.
The modern bathroom with natural light (large window) features a shower, a toilet, a washbasin with cabinet underneath, as well as a heated towel rail.
There is ample shelf space and storage for your bathroom utensils.
All windows are equipped with modern and comfortable privacy and sun protection. In the bedroom, there are also very good blackout curtains and in the living area with open kitchen and access to the terrace, there are electric exterior shutters.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment on the ground floor right.
All additional costs (water, electricity, heating) are included in the rental price.
We ask for your understanding that our apartments are non-smoking apartments.
A free underground parking space with extra width belongs to this holiday apartment and is located opposite the house
(Hermanstraße 5). The underground car park is accessible at all times. You will receive a code upon arrival.
The clearance height is 2.10 m.
In just a few minutes’ walk you will reach the beautiful sandy beach and the longest beach promenade in Germany.

Welcome to our holiday home Finja in Kühlungsborn, only 500 meters from the beach!
Our house contains 4 modern 2-room holiday apartments.
Kühlungsborn is located directly on the Bay of Mecklenburg and is only two hours by car from Hamburg and Berlin.
We are located in the quieter part of Kühlungsborn-West, and from the house to the beach and to Germany's longest beach promenade it really is only 5 minutes. Various shopping options from supermarkets and pharmacies to boutiques as well as restaurants and cafés can be found in the immediate vicinity of your holiday apartment.
Directly opposite the house, the Kühlungsborn city forest begins, with magnificent trees and peace for walking or jogging. It is also not far from us to the Kühlungsborn climbing forest and the mini-golf course. Don’t miss a ride on the historic narrow-gauge railway Molli (route Kühlungsborn – Heiligendamm – Bad Doberan).
The surroundings of Kühlungsborn also have much to offer vacationers.
Whether you take your excursion with the quaint Molli railway, by car, or perhaps by ship, you will not be bored.
You can even hike to the Bastorf lighthouse, whose beacon holds the German lighthouse record at over 95 meters in height. A popular destination is the Doberan Minster, founded in 1171 as a monastery of Cistercian monks, with the impressive monastery church from the 14th century.
The nearby seaside resort of Heiligendamm is also worth seeing.
Those who prefer a livelier atmosphere can visit the Hanseatic city of Rostock and its nearby seaport Warnemünde.
Here, there are sights to suit every taste.
A wide selection of events completes the holiday offerings. To Warnemünde by ship (and back) with the MS Baltica from the Kühlungsborn pier.

Here is the translation of your text into English: --- We rent out our holiday apartments through the agency Kühlungsborn Travel. §4 Changes in Services / Withdrawal from the Contract / Cancellation Conditions (a) Changes or deviations of individual services from the agreed contents of the rental contract by Kühlungsborn Travel are permissible if they do not constitute a significant deviation from the agreed contractual content. (b) Kühlungsborn Travel is entitled to withdraw from the contract for objectively justified reasons, for example if force majeure, strikes, or other circumstances for which Kühlungsborn Travel is not responsible make it impossible for Kühlungsborn Travel to fulfill the contract. (c) In the event of early termination of the rental agreement, the tenant has no claim for compensation for unused rental days. (d) The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the rental period. In the event of withdrawal or if the tenant does not occupy the rental property, Kühlungsborn Travel may claim compensation for the arrangements made and expenses incurred. The compensation claim is calculated as a lump sum, taking into account the usual savings in expenses and possible alternative rental of the property. The decisive factor is the receipt of the notice of withdrawal by Kühlungsborn Travel. The amount of the lump-sum compensation claim from the rental price is as follows: - 15% of the rent if the withdrawal is received up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period - 30% of the rent if the withdrawal is received from the 44th to the 35th day before the start of the rental period - 50% of the rent if the withdrawal is received from the 34th to the 15th day before the start of the rental period - 80% of the rent if the withdrawal is received from the 14th to the 2nd day before the start of the rental period - 90% of the rent thereafter or in the case of non-occupancy of the rental property In addition, a processing fee of €35 will be charged. The tenant is in any case entitled to prove to Kühlungsborn Travel that no damage or significantly less damage has occurred than the lump sum demanded by Kühlungsborn Travel. In the event of withdrawal, Kühlungsborn Travel is entitled to demand reimbursement of the actual costs incurred as a result of the withdrawal instead of the lump sum. If the tenant wishes to rebook to another rental property offered by Kühlungsborn Travel, this can be done, if possible, up to the 46th day before the start of the rental period. In this case, Kühlungsborn Travel is entitled to charge the tenant a flat rebooking fee of €35. Rebooking requests from the 45th day before the start of the rental period can generally only be made after the tenant has withdrawn from the rental contract and concluded a new rental contract. For rebooking requests received from the 45th day before the start of the rental period, Kühlungsborn Travel reserves the right not to charge the existing lump-sum compensation claim if the rebooking only incurs minor expenses and alternative rental of the property is possible; even in this case, however, Kühlungsborn Travel is entitled to charge the tenant a flat rebooking fee of €35. Kühlungsborn Travel expressly recommends that the tenant take out travel cancellation insurance.
