Our house is for max. Suitable for 5 people, you are also welcome to bring up to two dogs. It has 3 bedrooms (one double bed, one bunk bed, one single bed), a spacious living and dining area, and a new bathroom. We completely renovated the house in 2020/2021, and the floors and roof were renewed in 2023. The kitchen is fully equipped (gas stove with four burners, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, espresso maker, plenty of cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, etc.). We bought a new stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher in 2023. In the living area you will find two sofas, an open fireplace, TV, and fast Wi-Fi, which was tested for Wii and PS compatibility by our three children.
The house has a garden surrounded by a tall hedge. Right behind the garden gate you will find a large meadow, perfect for children with lots of energy to play and move around. Garden furniture, loungers, sun umbrella, foldable soccer goals, a badminton/volleyball net, and other things you need for a relaxing day in the garden can be found in the shed right next to the house.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located in a family-friendly holiday park directly on the Ijsselmeer. In the immediate vicinity are the beautiful medieval cities of Hoorn and Enkhuizen. It is also not far to Amsterdam, Alkmaar, or the long sandy beaches of the North Sea. It is only a 10-minute walk to the beach in Andijk, over the dike and past a beautiful small marina with a restaurant and sailing school. It is a mix of sandy beach and extensive lawn area. The entry into the water is very shallow and child-friendly.

Cancellation terms:
Arrival days are Fridays and Mondays, as well as the day before important holidays (e.g., Corpus Christi, Ascension Day). Keys are obtained via the reception of the holiday house. The minimum rental duration is 3 nights. Cancellation rules follow the Dutch RECON guidelines for holiday homes: up to 3 months before arrival: 15%, up to 2 months before arrival: 50%, up to 1 month before arrival: 75%, up to the day before arrival 90%, from the start of the trip 100%. Typically, a 30% deposit is due three days after the booking confirmation, and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. The contract is directly between the tenants and the holiday park. Payment is made directly to the holiday park. Payment information is provided with the booking documents.
