Welcome to Villa Angela, your luxurious holiday home near Sa Rapita / Campos on Mallorca.
A long driveway leads to the accommodation, which is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Due to its exceptional location, this finca is a very popular holiday destination.
Via the terrace (equipped with a large electric sail) you reach the pool area, the neighbouring lounge and the interior of the house.
On the ground floor there is a high-gloss lacquered kitchen with a large side-by-side fridge and a large hob. Here you will find all amenities such as a coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, etc.
The kitchen opens into the living area. This is equipped with TV/Sat (WLAN TV for e.g. Netflix) and is open to the adjoining dining area.
Free WLAN is available throughout the villa
A small hallway leads to the first bedroom (1.80 x 2.00 m bed) and the first bathroom.
On the first floor there are a further 2 bedrooms (each 1.80 x 2.00 m) and a bathroom. From everywhere you have a very nice view.
Bed linen is provided and a television and washing machine are also available. We are happy to provide a cot and a high chair for our youngest guests.
The sloping pool measures 5x11 metres. At the lowest point, the depth is approx. 1.20 metres and at the deepest point approx. 1.80 metres. The private swimming pool is ideal for cooling off on hot days and the sun loungers offer the perfect place for sunbathing.
If you wish, you can make yourself comfortable in the indoor jacuzzi (coin-operated). The lounge is equipped with 2 daybeds and is generously proportioned under the pine trees. It is also equipped with sails.
An outdoor barbecue is available on the terrace.
The air conditioning units in the house are optional and can be operated via a coin-operated meter or booked for a fee per day.
The garden area can be bathed in atmospheric colours with the lounge. The pool can also be illuminated in different colours.
The villa is located just 1.5 km from the longest natural beach in Mallorca.
The beautiful coastal town of Sa Rapita is only approx. 2.5 km away and offers everything for daily needs (supermarket, bars, cafés, restaurants, etc.)
The distance to Palma airport is approx. 40 km and the journey takes approx. 35 minutes.
The Es Trenc beach is famous for its length (8km) and its turquoise-coloured water, as well as the white sandy beach, which slopes very slowly into the sea.
Pets are allowed and are limited to dogs and cats (5€/day).

Ein Rücktritt vor Mietbeginn bzw. eine Kündigung nach Mietbeginn kann nur schriftlich erfolgen. Maßgeblich für die Höhe der Entschädigung ist der Tag des Zugangs der Rücktritts- bzw. der Kündigungserklärung bei der Vermieterin.
