Welcome to this charming retreat in the heart of the Ausseerland region, offering 159 m² of space for up to 10 people. Two lovingly connected accommodation units combine alpine charm with plenty of comfort and privacy – ideal for families or groups of friends.
The main house features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area on the traditional Aussee veranda, a living room with a pull-out sofa, a separate toilet and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with a 160 cm-wide bed and a bunk bed – as well as a bathroom and a private sauna. A covered walkway leads to the rustic ‘Troatkostn’, which has its own kitchen, dining area, sitting area with a pull-out sofa, a bedroom with a balcony and an en-suite bathroom. In total, there are three bedrooms, two kitchens, two bathrooms, three toilets, a sauna and a fireplace.
Lake Grundlsee is just 500 m away. The Loser T-bar lift ski area is 12 km away, whilst Tauplitz is about a 20-minute drive away. Right on site is the small Zloam T-bar lift with four runs and a children’s rope tow; there is usually night-time skiing fun under floodlights too. Guests receive a 20 per cent discount on day ski passes; children up to the age of 15 ski for free. A village shop and restaurant are located in the nearby holiday village. In winter, the ski lift and toboggan run are just a few steps away; in summer, hiking and cycling trails start right behind the resort.

We had a wonderful time in this combo house. It was clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The nearby lake is beautiful for morning walks and picnics.

What a gem! The attention to detail in the decor made us feel at home. We spent evenings by the fireplace, and the fully equipped kitchen was perfect for family meals. Highly recommend!
