Welcome to the Villa Leana, located in the beautiful Medulin, Istria. This modern villa with a private spa pool is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Just 1 km from the sea, you can enjoy various beaches - from sandy and pebble beaches to rocky coves - as well as beautiful promenades. Nearby, you will find restaurants, markets, and exciting recreational activities to suit every taste. The well-known Bijeca sandy beach, ideal for families with children, is just a few minutes away by car.
Villa Leana can accommodate up to 8 people in four spacious bedrooms, each equipped with an extra-large king-size bed, en suite bathroom, air conditioning, and TV. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool, while the other two are on the first floor. The villa altogether has 4 private bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a bright and spacious air-conditioned living room with a comfortable sitting area and TV, connected to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances. Additionally, there is a guest WC.
In front of the villa, there is a beautiful 40 m² pool, surrounded by sun loungers and a well-maintained garden. On the covered terrace, there is an outdoor dining area with a grill, ideal for meals in the fresh air. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower, a children's playground, and a ping-pong table for entertainment for all ages.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, offers free Wi-Fi, and has two private parking spaces.
