From March 2019 family Schwarz is looking forward to your arrival to villa Histra. Villa Histra is built in the year 2018/2019 with lots of love for details. Since the group vacations are nicer and merrier the family wanted to make the space for a large group of people.
Villa Histra got its name after beuatiful Istrian peninsula. The peninsula itself got the name after first inhabitans that were called Histri (lat. Histrii).
Who is after a gorgeous place for the next vacation, where you can discover the natural beauties of Istria, is on the right place.
New luxurious villa Histra, whose construction began in 2018 and is finished in March 2019, is situated in Medulin, a popular tourist village in south Istria.
Villa all together has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It can accommodate 10 people. Each bedroom has TV/SAT, balcony with sitting furniture and beautiful view of landscape, sea and swimming pool. Ground floor open space is really special. There is a big kitchen with dining room and living room which contains TV/SAT, safe and stereo sound system. Ground floor has a direct passage to the swimming pool with deck chairs where you will surely enjoy in Istrian sun. By the pool there is also a kitchennette, table football and barbecue. Highlight of this villa is a 100 m² big roof terrace with view of Medulin and sea which will leave you breathless. Roof terrace has a lounge furniture.
Whole villa is air conditioned and with floor heating. Villa also provides a 16A electric car charger.

Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 31 days before the day of arrival.
- Any change of accommodation unit and any change within 30 days before using the service is considered a cancellation of the reservation. The cancellation costs will be calculated from the date on which M. POLO d.o.o. receives a written request for the cancellation, and it is as follows: For the cancellation up to 31 days prior the arrival, traveler will receive full refund. For the cancellation in the period between 30 and 22 days prior the arrival , M. POLO d.o.o. charges 30% of the full price of the reservation. For the cancellation in the period between 21 and 8 days prior the arrival, M. POLO d.o.o. charges 70% of the full price of the reservation. For the cancellation in the period between 7 and 0 days prior the arrival, M. POLO d.o.o. charges 100% of the full price of the reservation. If the traveler does not arrive to the destination or cancels the service of the accommodation after it began, M. POLO d.o.o. charges the full price of the reservation. For every cancellation of the reservation M. POLO d.o.o. charges 15 EUR of administrative expenses. If the traveler doesn't show up till midnight on arrival day of the reservation and didn't notified agency that he will arrive later, the reservation will be considered as cancelled and above noted cancellation costs would apply. If the cancellation costs are in fact higher than what was initially given, M. POLO d.o.o. has the right to charge the additional cost difference of cancellation. M. POLO d.o.o. is not paying for the eventual expenses of guest's acquirement of travel Visa's or Passports.
