Holiday home in the heart of Camaiore in a quiet location near the long sandy beaches of Versilia, traditionally and comfortably furnished. The two-storey holiday home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms is located about 9 km from the sea, ideal for families, particularly inviting is the well-furnished garden, where you can spend the day starting from breakfast until the aperitif and the barbecue in the evening. In 15 minutes by car you can reach the fine sandy beaches of the seaside resorts of Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. Walking barefoot on the warm sand, swimming, cycling or simply relaxing, here you can enjoy wonderful days on the beach or visit the wonderful mountains of the nearby Apuan Alps

Activities nearby: In addition to the beautiful long sandy beaches, the beautiful coast of Versilia offers many opportunities for sports and entertainment: long cycle paths along the sea, pine parks with pony rides, palm walks with shops, cafes and restaurants, colorful weekly markets (clothing), port of fishing (freshly caught fish) in Viareggio. There are good train connections from Viareggio to Florence for those interested in art and culture. The island of Elba (about 1 hour by ferry from Piombino) with its island charm is worth a day trip. Also visit the unique white marble quarries of Carrara (35 km)

This spot had such a calm atmosphere we all loved it here. There was enough space for everyone to feel comfortable, and the overall environment felt warm with great access to local restaurants nearby. Also enjoyed having the barbecue option available in the garden!

Value-wise, you get a solid setup: spacious kitchen and dining area. Good spot for cooking meals together after a day out.

Initially had worries about traffic noise, but this place proved to be quite peaceful with a charming garden ideal for morning meals and evening barbecues. The drive to the beach or nearby towns like Forte dei Marmi was convenient. The kitchen supplied everything we required, and it felt very welcoming after spending long days in the sun.
