Welcome to your home with a sea view! Spend a relaxing and comfortable vacation on the east coast of Istria at Villa Welcome Home.

The spacious, air-conditioned living room with direct access to the pool is located on the ground floor.
On the ground floor, there are also a dining room, a kitchen, a pantry, a laundry room, and a toilet. Upstairs, there are 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, and 3 bathrooms. In the foyer, there are three additional sofas available as extra beds (for 3 people). Televisions are located in the living room and both bedrooms. The top floor of the house is not used, so absolute privacy is guaranteed.

The house can accommodate up to 11 people and is designed to provide every comfort to guests.
The view from the terrace in front of the house will disarm you!

Villa Welcome Home is located on a hill above the east coast of Istria, in a small village, a few kilometers from the most brilliant sea of the Adriatic and
numerous beautiful beaches.

Labin is based on the site of a Roman city on the east coast of Istria. The distance from the sea is 3 km and from the tourist center of Rabac 5 km.
On the hill, there is the old town with cobbled streets, old buildings, and beautiful churches.

The first beach is 2 km away.

The price includes: house cleaning upon arrival and departure, laundry service (bed linen once a week, towels twice a week), gas, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, tourist tax.
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking confirmation. A security deposit of 300 Euros is required, which will be returned at departure, provided there are no damages to the property.
