Cozy vacation home built in solid construction with typical Harz region wooden fittings, large terrace and balcony. Modernly furnished with all comforts, with extra-wide doors, ground-level and barrier-free, shower on ground level. Photos.
Optionally 67m² of living space with one bedroom (double bed) or 78m² with 2 bedrooms (space-saving staircase, separate beds). Beds made upon arrival.
Spacious living room with wooden beamed ceiling, corner sofa with table and chairs, recliner, children’s play area, TV, Wi-Fi, radio.
Non-smoking house. Child-friendly, dogs welcome.
27m² terrace with awning, balcony. We provide you with a table, garden chairs with cushions, lounger, sun umbrella, and grill. Large garden (property approximately 3,500 sqm, with a unique view of the Harz foreland), parking is located on the premises.
Family-friendly - e.g., sandbox, sledding on the meadow in direct view of the house.
Dog-friendly - due to the solitary location, there is no disturbance from outside, barking does not bother.
Washing machine in the bathroom. Wi-Fi available, fast surfing up to 250Mbit/s.
On request, we provide a toddler bed, high chair, and sleigh free of charge. Shelter for bicycles, repair tools are available.
