The modern holiday rooms, holiday flats and flats (individual accommodation units for 1 - 2 or a maximum of 3 people) of the Ostsee Hotel-Pension with adjoining park area make your stay and overnight stay pleasant. They are equipped with shower/WC, kitchenette, balcony or terrace, flat-screen TV/Sat. Free parking spaces are available. The minimum overnight stay for more than 4 persons is 2 nights out of season - 5 in season and in connection with holidays.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate more than 2 - 3 persons in the season due to advance bookings.
The double rooms, flats and holiday flats are also regularly rented out individually, i.e. to single travellers, couples or the 2-room flat or holiday flat to families with max. 3 persons. During the season/New Year's Eve/holidays, a maximum of 2 flat rooms are therefore available/possible (please note that only 2 - max. 3 persons per apartment/holiday home are possible), so that no rentals can be made to families with more than one child; likewise no larger groups. Pets are not allowed.

Location and surroundings of object
The Ostsee Hotel-Pension is located - as the name suggests - on the most beautiful linden avenue in Germany with a cycle path to the oldest German seaside resort Heiligendamm and the narrow-gauge railway line of the Molli Bad Doberan - Heiligendamm. The Baltic seaside resorts of Kühlungsborn, Nienhagen and Warnemünde are also within easy reach on the cycle paths. You can also explore the nearby Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar, the island of Poel and the Darß peninsula by car. The spa town of Bad Doberan (mud spa) with its district of Heiligendamm (first German seaside resort, G8 summit) was the summer residence of the dukes of Mecklenburg and is famous for its classicist spa architecture, the steam-powered narrow-gauge railway Molli and, of course, the magnificent cathedral (brick Gothic).

We ask for your understanding that we do not always answer group requests for this period or booking requests for 2 adults + 2 children or with pets, as such bookings are already not possible from the outset according to the description.
