The complex includes a 4,000 m2 plot surrounded by olive trees over 200 years old. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room are on the ground floor and are separated from the pool by a large glass wall giving the feeling of having lunch by the pool. On the ground floor, there are 2 more bedrooms with their bathrooms. Each bedroom has access and a beautiful view through the glass wall to the pool. Elegant massive wooden stairs lead to the first floor, which begins with a gallery, which is a workspace for business activities, if necessary. Further on the first floor, you will find 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 private bathrooms, double beds 180x200, private bathrooms, bed linen, towels, pool view, glass walls, free wifi, shower, toilet, hair dryer... The villa has a beautiful pool. 50 m2), 8 deck chairs, 120 m2 sun deck, outdoor dining area, umbrellas, deck chairs and BBQ. Welcome! The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted).
