In the small village of Katun, not far from the famous tourist centre of Porec, you will find the cosy Tiny House in the midst of peaceful nature.
Surrounded by meadows and forests, you will enjoy a break from everyday life in the Tiny House and can go for a great walk in the forest with your four-legged friend practically right outside the front door, because the forest is actually right in your own garden as well as your own pool.

There are no direct neighbours here, the property is protected from view and you will love the peace and quiet and nature (location on the outskirts).
There is a small pool (May - Sept., or depending on the weather) in the garden, which is available for your own use and you can start your unforgettable wellness adventure at any time of day or night.
A big plus point of the Silent Nature Tiny House Porec is that it is very well connected to the motorway (approx. 2 km to the entrance/exit) and yet peace and nature are guaranteed here.
The proximity to the town of Porec offers you the opportunity to visit many historical and cultural sights. Enjoy the wealth of events that this town has to offer. You can also visit the neighbouring towns, such as romantic Rovinj, or take a trip to picturesque Venice, e.g. by ferry from Porec.
On one level you will find the spacious living/dining area with kitchen, bedroom with double bed, a cosy sofa bed for 2 people if required and a bathroom with window, WC, urinal and shower.
The car park is directly in front of the Tiny House.
In the cosy outdoor area there is a small private pool that invites you to relax.
Porec, the best known and most popular holiday resort in Istria, is located in the centre of the west coast. Porec is a town with a rich cultural heritage. Beach lovers will also get their money's worth in Porec, where there are numerous free beaches. The villa is about 10 minutes by car from Porec (12 km). The journey to Porec is also very easy by bike, the road is in very good condition and very pleasant to cycle on due to the speed limit.
A leisurely walk through the wonderful countryside, past meadows and forests to Baderna on a traffic-free footpath is also recommended, directly from the accommodation (approx. 1.5 km).
In Baderna there is a market, restaurant, pizzeria, petrol station etc.

- Karting track nearby (approx. 15 km from Villa Porec Katun) - Go Karting at the Motodrom Porec is one of the best karting tracks in Croatia and was built in 1999 to international standards in terms of safety and equipment.
- The Baredine stalactite cave, about 15 km from Villa Porec Katun, is a geomorphological natural monument and the first cave in Istria to be opened to visitors. The cave has been open to tourists since 1995.

The Tiny is currently being renovated, including
- Bedroom will be separated with a wall (currently 1 large room), new sofa bed in the living room for 2 people for the start of the season
otherwise everything as in the pictures.
