This beautiful stone villa, built in the traditional Istrian style, is located in the small village of Katun, not far from the famous tourist centre of Porec. It has been completely renovated in a modern style, with particular attention paid to preserving the existing architecture and creating a harmonious appearance. The house is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need to make your relaxing holiday a success.
A big plus point of Villa Porec Katun is that it is very well connected to the motorway (approx. 2 km to the entrance/exit) and yet peace and nature are guaranteed here.
Refresh yourself at the private pool (May - Sept.) or prepare tasty delicacies on the barbecue. The proximity to the town of Porec offers you the opportunity to visit many historical and cultural sights. Enjoy the abundance of events that this city offers. You can also visit the neighbouring towns, such as romantic Rovinj, or take a trip to picturesque Venice, e.g. by ferry from Porec.
On the ground floor is the large living/dining area with kitchen and, if required, a cosy sofa bed for 2 people.
There is also a bathroom with window, WC, shower and new washing machine on the ground floor.
On the first floor are the two bedrooms, each with a double bed and also a bathroom with window, WC and shower.
The car park is directly in front of the villa on the lockable property, and there is also a small shed for the safe storage of your bicycles.
WLAN is available in the villa, as well as 3 TV sets with German channels (living/dining area, bedroom 1, bedroom 2).
In the cosy outdoor area there is a private pool with evening lighting, which invites you to relax.
On the spacious, covered terrace you will find a cosy dining area for up to 8 people and a great outdoor lounge for chilling out right by the pool, leaving nothing to be desired.
There are also 4 adjustable loungers by the private pool.
Porec, the best known and most popular holiday resort in Istria, is located in the centre of the west coast. Porec is a town with a rich cultural heritage. Beach lovers will also get their money's worth in Porec, where there are numerous free beaches. The villa is about 10 minutes by car from Porec (12 km). The journey to Porec is also very easy by bike, the road is in very good condition and very pleasant to cycle on due to the speed limit.
A leisurely walk through the wonderful countryside, past meadows and forests to Baderna on a traffic-free footpath is also recommended, directly from the accommodation (approx. 1.5 km).
In Baderna there is a market, restaurant, pizzeria, petrol station etc.

about 100 metres away I offer a Tiny House for a maximum of 4 guests, it is beautifully situated in the countryside on the edge of the forest, with a small private pool. Pets are allowed here and it is ideal for walking your four-legged friend directly from the accommodation.
