Description
Our holiday flat is a place to feel at home. The beach is only 100 metres away, a stone's throw. The supermarket and the village are a 5-minute walk away. The charming flat offers space for up to 4 guests on 75 square metres of living space. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The holiday apartment is very bright and friendly furnished. It is located on the 1st floor (lift available). Enjoy the view of the dunes directly from the bed in the large bedroom! The flat has a light coloured carpet, we kindly ask our guests not to walk inside with street shoes.
The flat is comfortably equipped with LED TV, cable TV (with 7 German-language channels), Google Chromecast, DVD player, board games, balcony furniture and various beach utensils (chairs, windbreak tent, beach games, etc.).
The flat has its own parking space in the private car park. There is usually an extra space for an additional car. At the rear of the building there is a covered storage area (not lockable) for bicycles, as well as a renovated playground for children. Internet (WLAN) is available throughout the building.

Callantsoog is a charming coastal town in the Netherlands, with a beautiful sandy beach and nature reserves nearby.
The holiday home "De Vriendjes" is located directly behind the dunes, just 100 metres from the fine sandy beach. The centre of Callantsoog is only a few minutes' walk (500m) from the flat. There you will find a newly developed centre area with restaurants, cafés, shops, an award-winning ice cream parlour and a supermarket.
You will find great excursion destinations in the surrounding area:
- Cosy towns such as Alkmaar, Schagen and Bergen
- Old fishing villages such as Kolhorn
- A naval harbour/marine museum and a sea aquarium in Den Helder
- Take the ferry to Texel
- Het Zwanenwater nature reserve (bird breeding area)
- Various markets and festivals in summer

I am Andrea, born in Germany, but have lived in the Netherlands since my youth. Through my holidays in Callantsoog I have taken this place and the people here to my heart. My family has owned our flat since it was built in the 90s. We love the sea, the beach and the beautiful village of Callantsoog.
