We were warmly welcomed by the hosts Mariana and Michael, who live right next door. The house is lovingly furnished, among other things, with beautiful pictures by the house's artist, and the small garden with local plants is very well-kept. Walking up the street, you reach the Balcon de Taburiente, a nice excursion spot, in about 5 minutes. The best view of the mountain ridge as well as a fantastic sunset can be enjoyed from the house itself. From about At 10 o'clock, the sun shines on the terrace, so that nothing stands in the way of a breakfast with a panoramic view. On foot, it takes about 25 minutes to get to Los Llanos, and about 60 minutes to Puerto Tazacorte. With a rental car, it is faster. We had a lovely time in the Casa, were spoiled with bananas, avocados, oranges, mangoes, and passion fruits from our own cultivation, and can wholeheartedly recommend Casa Barranco. Anyone looking for a peaceful vacation in nature while still being close to the center is exactly right here. The absolute highlight, however, is the jacuzzi with a water temperature of 38 degrees and an indescribable view—there's no better relaxation!

From the first day, our vacation began in the idyllic finca with a wonderful view of the mountains and a perfect starting point for numerous activities. Our landlords, Mariane and Michael, warmly welcomed us with fresh fruit, wine, and water. Throughout our entire stay, they were always available with valuable tips and helpful support. Actually, we don't want to recommend the finca at all – otherwise it will be fully booked when we want to come back spontaneously. We really lacked nothing.
