DreamTime – Thatched semi-detached house with southwest terrace and view of greenery

The comfortable semi-detached house with a large lawn and view of greenery promises a dream vacation at the Salzhaff. On the SOUTHWEST TERRACE you can spend mild summer evenings with family and friends. Terrace table/chairs, sun umbrella/loungers, and a Weber gas grill invite you to relax at any time of day. Let your gaze wander over the adjoining lawn into the greenery and let your soul unwind. The entrance, living, and dining area with kitchen is open-plan. A lot of daylight enters the house through the terrace window. Underfloor heating and Wi-Fi throughout the entire apartment.

There are a total of 2 BEDROOMS on the 1st floor, each with a double bed (180x200 cm), wardrobe/chest of drawers, flat-screen TV, as well as 1 or 2 armchairs and a side table. 2 BATHROOMS

Ideal for the off-season: The foosball table in the attic ensures there is never any boredom.

Bicycles can be safely locked in the garden shed (charge e-bikes). In the utility room, which is shared by the two semi-detached houses, you can use a washer-dryer free of charge.

A parking space is located at the house. Optional laundry package (bed linen and towels) for 22.61 euros per person.

Location and surroundings of object

Pepelow is idyllically located on the Salzhaff between Rerik and the Hanseatic city of Wismar. It is the ideal vacation spot for those seeking peace, cyclists, and families with children. The latter enjoy the bathing season in the shallow waters of the Salzhaff, which, due to its narrow connection to the Baltic Sea, is usually less wavy and warmer than the open sea. Pepelow beach is only 1.4 km away from the holiday apartment and is ideally accessible by bicycle. Cyclists fully get their money's worth here. A bike path leads directly through Pepelow. Excursions to Rerik, Neubukow, Wismar, or to the island of Poel can thus be comfortably undertaken by bike.

A popular destination in the region is the Hanseatic city of Wismar, whose old town is a UNESCO World Heritage site. A visit to the island of Poel is part of the standard program, as is a ride on the Molli (historic narrow-gauge railway). She operates at full steam between the beautiful Bad Doberan and the Baltic resort of Kühlungsborn. On her way, she makes a stop at the oldest German seaside resort, Heiligendamm.

There are shopping facilities in Neubukow. In addition to discount stores and supermarkets, there is also a pharmacy and gas stations. Those who want a real shopping day will find numerous opportunities in Rostock. A visit to the zoo is also recommended here.
