Villa Beauty is located in Premantura, a wonderful place on Medulin riviera.
Guest can enjoy in a big outdoor space with swimming pool, big garden with all kinds of plants and BBQ area with dining table.
Ground floor of the house consists of a big open space with living room and kitchen with entrance to the terrace.
Upper floor consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have access to a balcony.

The house is most suitable for 6 adults and 2 children.

The house is only 500 m away from the beach, and 200 m away from the nearest restaurant and grocery store.
Bike trail 318 (MEDULIN RIVIERA) starts at the entrance of Premantura.
Family Park and Samy's Ranch (horseback riding and many more activities) are 4 km away (Medulin).

Premantura is a smaller place which is especially vivid during the summer. Filled with nice restaurants and surrounded by untouched nature, Premantura is a perfect place for your vacation.
Over 500 plant species can be found on this area, and some orchid species are endemic or endangered. The peninsula is surrounded with crystal clean sea and it's known for its wonderful color.
Windsurfers are always hapy to visit Cape Kamenjak (500 m), where you can engage in a variety of activities related to the sea, besides windsurfing.

Pula Airport (PUY) is 15 km away.
