Welcome to Stadtruhe Holiday Home in Dippoldiswalde! Our charming holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests across 120 square meters of living space, which includes 1 living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (with 4 guests), 1 bathroom with toilet, and 1 separate toilet.
The holiday home is furnished to a high standard and with great care, measuring about 120 sqm for 4 guests or approximately 90 sqm for 2 guests. 110 sqm for 2 people
In addition to the beautifully furnished living area, there is a separate kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with sink, shower, bathtub, hairdryer, toilet, and a separate guest toilet. In the living area, you will find a cozy seating group, an armchair, and a TV. Adjacent to the living area is a separate dining area with a large table and the kitchen. You can expect a modern kitchen equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed and a wardrobe. One bedroom is equipped with a TV. All rooms have underfloor heating. A balcony and a terrace with additional seating and dining options are available to you. In the garden, there are numerous seating areas that invite you to linger and enjoy the garden.
A car parking space is available in the driveway, please park 1.50 meters away from the sandstone wall.
A baby high chair can be provided if needed. WiFi is available.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Please note that the holiday house is a non-smoking house and pets are not allowed. A guest tax is levied by the district town of Dippoldiswalde, which is additional to the rental price (2 euros per person/day). Details can be found in the ordinance on the levying of a guest tax in the large district town of Dippoldiswalde dated 07/05/2023.
A deposit of 100 euros is required.

Ferienhaus Stadtruhe is just a 2-minute walk from the market square in Dippoldiswalde and 20 kilometres from the state capital of Dresden. The Malter dam is in the immediate vicinity. There is an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor swimming pool at the Malter dam (you will need to find out about the opening times/seasonal times yourself).
The large district town of Dippoldiswalde has shops, bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants.

Central location for excursions
The holiday home is very quiet.
The furnishings are modern and complete.
We had to get used to the driveway at first, as the access road is relatively narrow.
Our landlord was very friendly and made this beautiful vacation possible for us on short notice.
