- From the balcony beautiful view over the countryside, Dippoldiswalder Heide and mountain view to the Osterzgebirge.

(From the apartment to the Karsdorf bus stop on the B170 is a 4-minute walk)

Also at night until approx. 0:20 hrs and at weekends until approx. 02:30 hrs from Dresden
- Visit Dresden, go to the theatre or go shopping
- Saxon Switzerland ,
- Osterzgebirge-Altenberg ,
- Meißen and Moritzburg within easy reach (less than 60 minutes)
By bus also to Altenberg/ Zinnwald and partly to Teplice (CZ)
Close to the forest (Dippoldiswalder Heide) and a beautiful walks and hikes from the front door. Relaxation holiday, hiking and jogging or walking.
Wonderful panoramic view over the Dresden Elbland, Saxon Switzerland, Osterzgebirge and Meißner Land after a short walk towards the Karsdorfer Kipse
To the airport in approx. 30 minutes by car or according to the timetable by bus and suburban train.
Also excursions to Prague (120 km) by bus or train from Dresden main station
