Welcome to the holiday home Stadtruhe in Dippoldiswalde, about 20 kilometers from the state capital Dresden (city center)! Our charming holiday home offers space for up to 4 guests in 120 square meters of living area, divided into 1 living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (with occupancy of 4 people), 1 bathroom with toilet, and 1 separate toilet.
The holiday home is furnished to a high standard and with great attention to detail and has a size of approx. 120 sqm with occupancy of 4 people or approx. 110 sqm for occupancy by 2 persons
In addition to the beautifully furnished living room, there is a separate kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with washbasin, shower, bathtub, hairdryer, WC, and a separate guest toilet. In the living area you will find a comfortable seating group, an armchair, and a TV. Adjacent to the living area is a separate dining area with a large table as well as the kitchen. A modern kitchen awaits you with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. In both bedrooms there is a double bed and a wardrobe. One bedroom is equipped with a TV. All rooms have underfloor heating. A balcony and a terrace with additional seating and dining options are available to you. There are numerous seating options in the garden that invite you to linger and enjoy the garden.
A parking space for a car is available in the driveway, please park 1.50 meters from the sandstone wall.
A high chair for babies can be provided if needed. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.
Please note that the holiday home is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed in the holiday home.
A visitor’s tax is charged by the district town of Dippoldiswalde, which is payable in addition to the rental price (2 euros per person/day). Details can be found in the statute on the collection of a visitor’s tax in the major district town of Dippoldiswalde dated 05.07.2023.

Ferienhaus Stadtruhe is just a 2-minute walk from the market square in Dippoldiswalde and 20 kilometres from the state capital of Dresden. The Malter dam is in the immediate vicinity. There is an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor swimming pool at the Malter dam (you will need to find out about the opening times/seasonal times yourself).
The large district town of Dippoldiswalde has shops, bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants.

Central location for excursions
The holiday home is very quiet.
The furnishings are modern and complete.
We had to get used to the driveway at first, as the access road is relatively narrow.
Our landlord was very friendly and made this beautiful vacation possible for us on short notice.
