Perfect holiday
We can confirm all the positive reviews for this house. It is truly lovely, perfectly clean, and built and furnished with great attention to detail. The house is spacious enough for a family of five with a dog. It features a pleasant terrace where we spent a lot of time, as well as a beautiful pool where the kids spent theirs. We recommend bringing some mosquito repellent for relaxing on the terrace in the evening. The owner is very pleasant and helpful with anything needed. Check-in and check-out went smoothly; overall, we really enjoyed our holiday and highly recommend the accommodation. You will certainly be very satisfied

Absolutely wonderful oasis with a feel-good factor worth it.
We really enjoyed our vacation in Croatia here. The house is a dream: super equipped and designed with so many loving details. The absolute highlight for us was the wonderful pool and the great terrace.
Already upon our arrival, we were received incredibly warmly: The landlords had prepared bread, a meat and cheese platter, and a few drinks for us for the first day – we really appreciated that after the journey! They live nearby, are extremely friendly, and are always totally helpful when you need something.
Location-wise, it is wonderfully quiet. Don't be deterred by the proximity to the airport (about 1 km in a straight line), you really hardly notice it in everyday life. However, what you need to know is: In the village itself, there is absolutely nothing. No bakery, no butcher, and you can't just go out to eat locally. We were aware of this beforehand, which is why it didn't bother us much, but it is good to know for vacation planning.

Pure Relaxation
We had a wonderful stay in this villa and can absolutely recommend it. The villa was super clean – really everything was well-maintained and in perfect condition. Everything you need was available, so you could feel comfortable right away. We especially want to highlight the landlord Marina – she is incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. The entire communication and organization was completely uncomplicated and relaxed. The heated pool was simply great and made the stay even more special. The terrace is also beautiful and is perfect for relaxing and enjoying. Overall, a completely successful stay – we would come back anytime!

Super house, with sophisticated furnishings
Despite the proximity to the airport, it is very quiet, especially at night. All the woodwork and more has been done by the owner family (joinery business) themselves. The showers are top-notch and the beds are excellent. We really enjoyed our time there.

Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir unglaublich herzlich empfangen: Die Vermieter hatten für uns Brot, eine Fleisch-Käse-Platte und ein paar Getränke für den ersten Tag bereitgestellt – das haben wir nach der Anreise super zu schätzen gewusst! Sie wohnen in der Nähe, sind extrem freundlich und immer total hilfsbereit, wenn man etwas braucht.
Lage-technisch ist es herrlich ruhig. Lasst euch nicht von der Nähe zum Flughafen (ca. 1 km Luftlinie) abschrecken, man bekommt davon im Alltag echt fast gar nichts mit. Was man allerdings wissen muss: In der Ortschaft selbst gibt es absolut nichts. Kein Bäcker, kein Metzger und man kann auch nicht mal eben vor Ort essen gehen. Uns war das vorher bewusst, weshalb es uns nicht groß gestört hat, aber für die Urlaubsplanung ist es gut zu wissen.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Vermieterin Marina – sie ist unglaublich nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Kommunikation und Organisation verlief völlig unkompliziert und entspannt.
Der beheizte Pool war einfach klasse und hat den Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht. Auch die Terrasse ist wunderschön und lädt perfekt zum Entspannen und Genießen ein.
Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
Sämtliche Holzarbeiten uvm. hat die Inhaber-Familie (Schreinereibetrieb) selbst gemacht.
Die Duschen sind top und die Betten hervorragend.
Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.
Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir begeistert: Die Villa ist nicht nur modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch extrem gepflegt und bis ins Detail liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Architektur ist beeindruckend, das Interieur elegant und gleichzeitig sehr familienfreundlich. Unsere Kinder hatten sofort ihre Lieblingsplätze gefunden – drinnen wie draußen.
Der Außenbereich war eines unserer Highlights: viel Platz zum Spielen, Relaxen und Sonnenbaden – und der Pool war natürlich das absolute Highlight für Groß und Klein. Auch die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet, was das Kochen zum Vergnügen gemacht hat.
Die Umgebung war ruhig und erholsam – genau richtig, um mal richtig abzuschalten. Gleichzeitig waren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele gut erreichbar. Das Haus war blitzsauber, und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war herzlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.
Fazit: Die Design Villa ist ein echtes Juwel – perfekt für Familien, die Stil, Komfort und Erholung suchen. Wir haben jeden Moment genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung!??
