For rent a well maintained holiday home in Pula-Jadreski for 5-7 persons with pool of 18 m2. The house offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen with dining area, a living room with two additional sleeping facilities, a covered terrace.
In the garden is barbecue, pool, sun beds, private parking.
House is equipped with Internet W-LAN, Sattv, air conditioning, bed linen and towels.
It is ideal for a large family or 2 friendly families. Dog is allowed. The whole Hoff is trimmed.

A very nice vacation
A very friendly welcome awaited us in a cooled house after the long drive. The house is very clean and spacious for 7 people. The decor reminds one of "beautiful living". The room distribution is cleverly solved. The 2 bathrooms are also great. A very nice location on the outskirts of the village. Nature and an olive grove surround it. The outdoor area is spacious and beautifully designed. The pool can be seen well from the elevated terrace, so the children can't swim unsupervised. The steps in the pool also provide fun and a cooling off for children who are afraid of water. We were very pleased with the small gifts for the children that were ready in the room and in the fridge/freezer. Additional fun games and books could be used. Whenever we needed help, Sanja always helped us. Another apartment in the village for visitors was quickly found with her help. She also helped us with baking powder for the cake.

A great vacation, gladly again.
The location was great for us (4 adults, two children, and three dogs)!
Very rural and quiet (although there are chickens next door, but you can't hear them with the windows closed).
We had trouble finding the house, which is located at the end of a winding dead-end street that is not even displayed on Google Maps, but the owner was extremely helpful and "picked us up". :D
The house itself lacks nothing for an carefree vacation.
Our children loved the pool, the men could barbecue outside, and the dogs felt very comfortable in the fenced-in property.
There was also a dartboard and a table tennis table to pass the time.
A washing machine and clothesline were also available on-site.
The air conditioning is located in the living/dining room, but it was sufficient for all the rooms (when the doors were open).
There are three bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom (and an additional bathroom). Only one of the bedrooms has a television, but it wasn't important for us, as we could watch TV in the living room or on our phones/tablets, for example.
The WiFi was great, which we hadn't had in any previous vacation, so we were very pleased.
Lastly, I would like to emphasize how attentive the hostess was! The pool and outdoor area were cleaned and maintained almost daily, and we even received crepes on one evening. ❤️

Absolutely recommendable
A very beautiful house that has everything to offer.
Even the reception by the landlady, who showed us everything and explained everything, was a nice start. The house is very clean and tastefully furnished, everything is available in multiple copies. The garden is very well maintained and invites you to linger. The private pool is also perfect, always clean, and left nothing to be desired for our child. It is only a few minutes by car to the beach. There is a small shop in the village that can be reached on foot in just 3 minutes and offers everything you need. Everything else can be obtained in larger shops. It is beautifully secluded and there are no direct neighbors as is often customary. Questions or wishes were also answered promptly and a solution was found.

Clean house and very nice family.
"We have been here for the second time now and like to come back. The house is modernly furnished, with everything you need for a nice vacation. It is very clean and 100% corresponds to the pictures. The pool and outdoor area are also very well maintained and cleaned several times a week. The family is very nice and can speak English well, we were even served Croatian pancakes, very, very tasty. All in all, there is nothing to complain about again :) We will be back. Many greetings, Jennifer and Erik."

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus
Wir haben zwei Wochen mit unseren Kindern (8Jahre) und unserem Hund dort verbracht. Es ist ein sehr ruhig gelegenes, sehr sauberes Ferienhaus am Ende einer Sackgasse. Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und direkt Möglichkeiten zum Gassigehen.
Unser Hund konnte sich dort frei bewegen, die Besitzerin hat selbst einen Hund. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt.
Es gibt dort einige Hunde, die frei herumlaufen.
Das Haus selbst war super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten.
Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns mit kalten Getränken und Süßigkeiten willkommen geheißen.
Wir hätten sie jederzeit erreichen können, wenn es nötig gewesen wäre.
Der Pool wurde zwei mal pro Woche früh morgens gereinigt (hat man gar nicht bekommen) und hatte für uns die richtige Größe.
Er ist sogar nachts beleuchtet und hat Treppen.
Es gibt genug Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Grill, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Fön, Bügeleisen, Kaffeemaschine, Herd, Backofen und große Kühl gefrierkombination, alles vorhanden.
Das Haus ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und man fühlt sich gleich wohl.
Eine Tischtennisplatte gibt es auch, sowie Badminton Schläger und Spiele.
Ein kleines Geschäft ist fußläufig zu erreichen, für alles andere wird ein Auto benötigt.
Wer es ruhig und ländlich mag, wird sich sehr wohlfühlen.
Wir können es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Haus
schönes Haus mit sehr schönem pool. Sehr ruhig gelegen allerdings ist ein auto notwendig um ans meer zu kommen. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und es lässt sich angenehm wohnen.

Klasse Haus
Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, ohne Verkehrslärm oder ähnliches. Die Zimmer waren alle sauber und ordentlich. Der Pool lädt einen zum entspannen ein. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette Frau, die sehr hilfsbereit ist.

Ruhe und Entspannung im Haus Kota
Nach unserem 14 tätigen Urlaub in Kroatien, haben wir nun genügend Eindrücke sammeln können
um hier eine fundierte Bewertung abgeben zu können. Das Ferienhaus Kota liegt in der sehr ruhigen Ortschaft Jadreski, es ist ein idealer Ort um abschalten zu können und die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
Das Haus Kota wurde erst vor 2 Jahren fertiggestellt und ist somit auf dem aktuellsten Stand der Technik (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, WLAN, deutsches TV, Klimaanlage, Pool inclusive Beleuchtung, kleiner Spielplatz am Haus, etc.) Neben dem Pool gibt es eine Möglichkeit mit Holzkohle zu Grillen, was dem ganzen noch das typische Urlaubsflair verleiht. Die Räumlichkeiten im Haus sind sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet und lassen keine Wünsche übrig.
Das Haus bietet Platz für 5-8 Personen (3x Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und im Wohnzimmer
2x eine Schlafcouch) die Betten sind sehr bequem.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr nette und freundliche Art der Vermieter Sanja und Christian Jurkota. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir im Kühlschrank schon Getränke und etwas Süßigkeiten zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Alle Fragen und Wünsche vor und während unserem Aufenthalt wurden sofort beantwortet. Nachdem wir langjährige Italien Urlauber waren, können wir heute mit Sicherheit sagen, dass Kroatien eine echte bzw. bessere Alternative ist wie Italien. Hier passt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis!
Wenige Kilometer von Jadreski Richtung Pula gibt es die sogenannte „CityMal“, hier sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort (shopen, bummeln, Verpflegung). In der Ortschaft Medulin gibt es auch noch einen Lidl Einkaufsmarkt, hier wird ein riesen Sortiment an Lebensmitteln bereitgestellt darunter auch die in Deutschland bekannten Marken.
Der Strand und das Meer sind wie es auch überall bereits bekannt ist, vermutlich eines der Highlights von Kroatien. Das Wasser ist so sauber, dass man jedes Sandkorn sehen kann.
Unser Urlaub für nächstes Jahr im Haus Kota ist schon gebucht!
