There is a new and modern holiday apartment in Sisan (Pula- 8 km) for 4-5 persons in ground floor, divided into two bedrooms (1 x double bed and 2 x single beds), a bathroom with shower and kitchen-living room which offers additional sleeping possibility on sofa for the fifth person. All rooms are air-conditioned and have TV. Outside, for private use, there is an 18 m2 pool, outdoor shower, large barbecue (gas or wood), sun loungers and a cosy terrace. The children can have fun with the trampoline.
Beautiful and cosy covered terrace offers place where you can enjoy your meals.
Furthermore, the apartment offers Internet W-Lan and fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and dishes.
Bed linen and towels are also available and included in the price.

PULA-SISAN PULA-SISAN- Although in a quiet location, it is not far from the apartment to go shopping (500 m) or to the beach ( km) - you can reach it by car in less than 5 minutes. In the village of Sisan itself there are bars and restaurants. As the Pula-Medulin-Liznjan area is well developed for tourism, there is a wide range of entertainment for young and old: on the water you can enjoy pedal boating, windsurfing, paragliding, water skiing and diving; on land you can go horse riding, cycling or tennis.

Great vacation apartment
We have been here for the second time now, in September 2022 and in June 2023. It was very nice again. Everything is very well maintained and clean. Looks exactly like the pictures in the advertisement. It is equipped with everything you need. There is also a garage where we could park our car and bikes. It was very good. We were welcomed very kindly with fruit, drinks, and olive oil. We can only recommend it. The pool and the outdoor area are simply great. The Pavlovic family was very nice and helpful and respected our privacy. Our vacation was very relaxing. We will definitely come back. Everything was simply perfect for a great vacation. Thank you very much.

Very nice vacation apartment. TOP!!!
We were allowed to spend our vacation in this very beautiful apartment. It is bright, modern and lovingly furnished. Equipped with everything necessary. But above all clean!!! Exactly as shown in the pictures. We were welcomed very friendly. There was a fruit basket, a bottle of wine and a bottle of olive oil on the table. In the fridge we found a watermelon. Water and beer were even provided for the first thirst. The icing on the cake of this apartment is the beautiful outdoor area with the great pool. Which is cared for every morning with a lot of love. We spent the beautiful, warm evenings on the terrace or in the pool. Simply wonderful! The apartment is located in a small, quiet village away from tourism. In the small supermarket in the village you can find fresh bread, rolls and much more.... Lidl and Plodine can be found in Medulin. We went to a different beach every day. We find secluded bays with cliffs more beautiful anyway than overcrowded sandy beaches like the one in Medulin. Dear Sanja, dear Pavlovic family, we felt very, very comfortable. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Great flat with pool. Highly recommended.
We spent our summer holiday in the flat in June 2022 as a couple with our dog
The flat is very well maintained, clean and well equipped. Everything is as shown in the photos and can be recommended without hesitation. In addition, we were allowed to store our car in the garage, which was really an advantage with the temperatures
There are 2 small shops in the village where you can buy bread and groceries. The shops are within easy walking distance
Otherwise, Sisan is a small quiet village without tourism
We received a very friendly welcome from the landlady Marijana and her husband. She and her husband are always approachable and very helpful. All in all a top accommodation.

Fantastic holiday!
Apartment Mary, 1 word: Fantastic.
The apartment is new and very well-maintained. Upon arrival, everything is cleaned up nicely and no trace of dirt is to be found. There is also a bottle of wine waiting for you, which comes from a vineyard just a few hundred meters away. Later in the week, we received a delicious watermelon from the Pavlovic family. Additionally, the family is very helpful; WhatsApp messages were usually answered within 5 minutes.
The apartment is equipped with good air conditioning; the system only needs half an hour to provide the entire bedroom with a comfortable temperature.
We were initially planning to bring a dog, but due to circumstances, this did not happen. Upon arrival, Marijanna had set up a bowl of water and food, very sweet!
The apartment has a garage that can be opened with a remote control. This way, the car can be parked safely in a cool place.
The pool is very nice. Every morning (!) the pool is cleaned and the water is tested.
We had a fantastic holiday with our group of 5. The nearest beach (Beach Kale) is a 10-minute drive away and has a nice peaceful atmosphere.
Tip: Sisan is a small village, 15 minutes from Pula & Medulin. A car is a must.
In conclusion, nothing but praise for Marijanna and her family. Super accommodation!

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft
Die Ferienwohnung Mary ist sehr zu empfehlen. Marijana ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Dame und hat uns auch mal eine Wassermelone von einem Freund mitgebracht. Bei Ankunft lag auch eine Flasche Olivenöl und Wein auf dem Tisch.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, sehr gut Ausgestattet und zentral. Wir bekamen nach ein paar Tagen frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche von Marijana bereitgestellt.
Die Terasse ist wundervoll und wurde jeden Morgen von Marijana und ihrem Mann sauber gemacht.
Im ganzen war es ein sehr schöner, entspannter Urlaub und wir können jedem die Unterkunft enpfehlen.

Wat een geweldig huis!!!
Appartement Mary is een hele mooie onderverdieping van een huis. De eigenaresse en haar gezin wonen boven en zie je alleen heel soms de trap op of af gaan. De tuin incl zwembad is privé voor de gasten. Ook is er een grote garage voor je auto. Het huis was super schoon, wat vooral in deze Corona-tijd erg prettig is. Werkelijk alles wat je nodig hebt is afwezig, Marijanne had zelfs wijn, bier, olijfolie enz voor ons neergezet. Voor onze hond stond er een drinkbak met een zak hondensnoepjes, echt heel lief. Verder hielp Marijanne ons toen Kroatië ineens code oranje kreeg. Gelukkig hebben we besloten om te blijven in dit heerlijke appartement. We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad. Het huis ligt erg centraal, je bent heel snel in o.a Pula, Medulin of Kamenjak. Ook Rovinj, Rabac of Porec zijn prima te doen. De eindeloze rotsstranden zijn via een mooi grindpad met de auto met 10 min te bereiken.
Dit appartement is absoluut een aanrader, het is nog maar net nieuw, mooi ingericht en alles is er netjes en de ligging is perfect!!

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft
Ich kann diese Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Angefangen mit dem Kontakt zur Vermittlerin, sie gab immer sofortige Antwort auf unsere Fragen. Bis hin zur Gastfamilie, die uns herzlich empfangen haben. Marijana, empfing uns mit einer Flasche Wein, Olivenöl und einem Strauß Rosen in der Wohnung. Sie zeigte uns alles. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, alles genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, und top sauber. Die Terrasse und der Pool waren das Highlight, so daß wir uns jeden Abend dort aufgehalten haben. Nach einem Strandtag, konnten wir immer noch den Abend damit ausklingen lassen um in den Pool zu hüpfen. An manchen Tagen hatten wir noch nicht mal Lust irgendetwas zu unternehmen, weil es einfach total schön war mal in der Unterkunft zu relaxen. Marijana und ihr Mann sind sehr fleißig, jeden Morgen wurde die Außenanlage und der Pool sauber gemacht und geputzt. Alles in allem, einfach top...
Zur Umgebung, es ist ein kleines, ruhiges und nettes Dörfchen, mit zwei kleinen Lebensmittelläden, wo man auch morgens sein frisches Brot oder Brötchen kaufen konnte. Und ein gutes Restaurant. Fußweg ca. 5min
Zum Meer sind es ca. 3km. Größere Lebensmittelläden, wie Lidl, oder Plodine gab es in Medulin.
Liebe Sanja, liebe Familie Pavlovic, wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Wir können Marijana mit Familie als Gastgeber bestens weiterempfehlen! Die Ferienwohnung ist hell, freundlich eingerichtet, sauber, und wir wurden am 1. Urlaubstag unserer Ankunft mit unserem kleinen Hund herzlich Willkommen geheißen. Mit Wein und einer kalten Wurst- & Käse Platte, mit Milch und Kaffee für den kommenden Tag. Gleich nach unserer Ankunft kam die Gastgeberin und überreichte uns eine Flasche Olivenöl. Überhaupt empfanden wir unsere Unterkunft sehr herzlich von den Gastgebern her, da wir schon seit einigen Jahren Kroatien bereisen und immer mit unserem Hund, da gab es Hotels die uns nicht einmal gefragt haben, ob sich denn auch unser Vierbeiniger Freund wohl fühlt. Die Angabe, dass 5 Personen in der Ferienwohnung Platz haben, erfuhren wir nicht, da wir lediglich zu zweit + Hund dort verweilten. Wir hatten alle Möglichkeiten der Zimmeraufteilung. Und das schöne große Wohnzimmer mit Essecke und offener Küche lud zum Essen und verweilen ein. Zwei mal aßen wir zu Abend IM Haus, ansonsten IMMER auf der wunderschönen einladenden Terrasse zum herrlichen Pool, welchen die Gastgeberin mit viel Liebe zum Detail pflegte. Klar das Wasser im Pool war kühl, da es zu dieser Jahreszeit abends etwas kühler wird, braucht die Sonne halt länger bis das Wasser wieder wärmer ist. Aber wir hatten unseren Spaß voll und ganz. Und ich werde diesen tollen Urlaub noch lange in Erinnerung behalten.
Zu den beiden Zimmern:
Das 1. Zimmer etwas größer, Blick in den Innenhof. Mit Doppelbett. Einem großen Schrank mit Fächern und Bettkasten. FLATSCREEN TV im Schlafzimmer an der Wand angebracht. Programme nur über WLAN, welches einwandfrei funktionierte!
Zimmer 2:
Etwas kleiner, mit Blick zur Straße welches jedoch verkehrsberuhigt in der Seitenstraße lag.
Zwei Einzelbetten zusammengestellt.

super Urlaub
super schöne Unterkunft, sauber und ordentlich, nette Vermieter. Wer einen ruhigen, erholsamen Urlaub sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ideal für Familie. Der Strand ist ca. 6 km entfernt, z.Bsp. in Medulin. Für uns kam dies kaum in Betracht durch den vorhanden Pool. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Appartement mit tollem Pool
Das Appartement sieht genau so aus wie die Bilder es zeigen. Es ist alles super neu und absolut sauber gewesen. Wir waren 14 Tage dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Ort (in ca. 8 Min. erreichbar) gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine gute Pizzeria. Ansonsten ist es eher ruhig dort. Wer was erleben möchte, muss nach Medulin oder Pula fahren. Der Sandstrand in Medulin ist nicht zu empfehlen, super voll und eng, der absolute Horror! Der Strand in Sissan hingegen ist sehr schön und es gibt sogar eine kleine Strandbar.

Eine gepflegte Anlage mit einem Pool Strand ungefähr 3-4km wir sind mit 2 Hunden dort gewesen die sich sehr wohl gefühlt haben
Wir wurden von den Eigentümern mit
Wein essen und obst empfangen wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen
