There is a new and modern holiday apartment in Sisan (Pula- 8 km) for 4-5 persons in ground floor, divided into two bedrooms (1 x double bed and 2 x single beds), a bathroom with shower and kitchen-living room which offers additional sleeping possibility on sofa for the fifth person. All rooms are air-conditioned and have TV. Outside, for private use, there is an 18 m2 pool, outdoor shower, large barbecue (gas or wood), sun loungers and a cosy terrace. The children can have fun with the trampoline.
Beautiful and cosy covered terrace offers place where you can enjoy your meals.
Furthermore, the apartment offers Internet W-Lan and fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and dishes.
Bed linen and towels are also available and included in the price.

PULA-SISAN PULA-SISAN- Although in a quiet location, it is not far from the apartment to go shopping (500 m) or to the beach ( km) - you can reach it by car in less than 5 minutes. In the village of Sisan itself there are bars and restaurants. As the Pula-Medulin-Liznjan area is well developed for tourism, there is a wide range of entertainment for young and old: on the water you can enjoy pedal boating, windsurfing, paragliding, water skiing and diving; on land you can go horse riding, cycling or tennis.

Great vacation apartment
We have been here for the second time now, in September 2022 and in June 2023. It was very nice again. Everything is very well maintained and clean. Looks exactly like the pictures in the advertisement. It is equipped with everything you need. There is also a garage where we could park our car and bikes. It was very good. We were welcomed very kindly with fruit, drinks, and olive oil. We can only recommend it. The pool and the outdoor area are simply great. The Pavlovic family was very nice and helpful and respected our privacy. Our vacation was very relaxing. We will definitely come back. Everything was simply perfect for a great vacation. Thank you very much.

Very nice vacation apartment. TOP!!!
We were allowed to spend our vacation in this very beautiful apartment. It is bright, modern and lovingly furnished. Equipped with everything necessary. But above all clean!!! Exactly as shown in the pictures. We were welcomed very friendly. There was a fruit basket, a bottle of wine and a bottle of olive oil on the table. In the fridge we found a watermelon. Water and beer were even provided for the first thirst. The icing on the cake of this apartment is the beautiful outdoor area with the great pool. Which is cared for every morning with a lot of love. We spent the beautiful, warm evenings on the terrace or in the pool. Simply wonderful! The apartment is located in a small, quiet village away from tourism. In the small supermarket in the village you can find fresh bread, rolls and much more.... Lidl and Plodine can be found in Medulin. We went to a different beach every day. We find secluded bays with cliffs more beautiful anyway than overcrowded sandy beaches like the one in Medulin. Dear Sanja, dear Pavlovic family, we felt very, very comfortable. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Great flat with pool. Highly recommended.
We spent our summer holiday in the flat in June 2022 as a couple with our dog
The flat is very well maintained, clean and well equipped. Everything is as shown in the photos and can be recommended without hesitation. In addition, we were allowed to store our car in the garage, which was really an advantage with the temperatures
There are 2 small shops in the village where you can buy bread and groceries. The shops are within easy walking distance
Otherwise, Sisan is a small quiet village without tourism
We received a very friendly welcome from the landlady Marijana and her husband. She and her husband are always approachable and very helpful. All in all a top accommodation.

Fantastic holiday!
Apartment Mary, 1 word: Fantastic.
The apartment is new and very well-maintained. Upon arrival, everything is cleaned up nicely and no trace of dirt is to be found. There is also a bottle of wine waiting for you, which comes from a vineyard just a few hundred meters away. Later in the week, we received a delicious watermelon from the Pavlovic family. Additionally, the family is very helpful; WhatsApp messages were usually answered within 5 minutes.
The apartment is equipped with good air conditioning; the system only needs half an hour to provide the entire bedroom with a comfortable temperature.
We were initially planning to bring a dog, but due to circumstances, this did not happen. Upon arrival, Marijanna had set up a bowl of water and food, very sweet!
The apartment has a garage that can be opened with a remote control. This way, the car can be parked safely in a cool place.
The pool is very nice. Every morning (!) the pool is cleaned and the water is tested.
We had a fantastic holiday with our group of 5. The nearest beach (Beach Kale) is a 10-minute drive away and has a nice peaceful atmosphere.
Tip: Sisan is a small village, 15 minutes from Pula & Medulin. A car is a must.
In conclusion, nothing but praise for Marijanna and her family. Super accommodation!

Very nice and clean accommodation
The vacation rental Mary is highly recommended. Marijana is a very nice and accommodating lady and once brought us a watermelon from a friend. Upon arrival, there was also a bottle of olive oil and wine on the table.
The apartment is very clean, very well equipped, and central. After a few days, Marijana provided us with fresh towels and bed linen.
The terrace is wonderful and was cleaned every morning by Marijana and her husband. Overall, it was a very nice and relaxing holiday, and we can recommend the accommodation to everyone.

What a wonderful house!!!
Apartment Mary is a very beautiful lower floor of a house. The owner and her family live above, and you only see them go up or down the stairs very occasionally. The garden, including the swimming pool, is private for guests. There is also a large garage for your car. The house was super clean, which is especially pleasant in this time of Corona. Absolutely everything you need is present, Marijanne even set out wine, beer, olive oil, etc. for us. For our dog, there was a water bowl with a bag of dog treats, really sweet. Marijanne also helped us when Croatia suddenly turned orange. Fortunately, we decided to stay in this lovely apartment. We had a great time. The house is very centrally located, you can quickly reach places like Pula, Medulin, or Kamenjak. Rovinj, Rabac, or Porec are also easily accessible. The endless rocky beaches can be reached by car via a beautiful gravel path in 10 minutes. This apartment is absolutely recommended, it is brand new, nicely decorated, everything is tidy, and the location is perfect!

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft
I can recommend this accommodation with a clear conscience. Starting with the contact with the intermediary, she always gave immediate answers to our questions. Up to the host family, who welcomed us warmly. Marijana welcomed us with a bottle of wine, olive oil, and a bunch of roses in the apartment. She showed us everything. The apartment is a dream, everything exactly as described in the pictures, and top clean. The terrace and the pool were the highlight, so we spent every evening there. After a day at the beach, we could still end the evening by jumping into the pool. Some days we didn't even feel like doing anything because it was just so nice to relax at the accommodation. Marijana and her husband are very hardworking, they cleaned and maintained the outdoor area and the pool every morning. All in all, just great. . . Regarding the surroundings, it is a small, quiet, and nice village with two small grocery stores where you can also buy fresh bread or rolls in the morning. And a good restaurant. Walking distance about 5 minutes. The sea is about 3km away. Larger grocery stores like Lidl or Plodine were available in Medulin. Dear Sanja, dear Pavlovic family, we felt very, very comfortable and will come back next year. Best regards, Schmoll family.

Clean TOP holiday apartment with pool, ideal for families with children, pet-friendly!

We can highly recommend Marijana and her family as hosts! The vacation rental is bright, friendly, clean, and on the first day of our vacation arrival, we were warmly welcomed with our small dog. With wine and a cold meat and cheese platter, with milk and coffee for the next day. Right after our arrival, the hostess came and handed us a bottle of olive oil. Overall, we found our accommodation very welcoming from the hosts, as we have been traveling to Croatia for several years and always with our dog, and there were hotels that didn't even ask us if our four-legged friend was comfortable. We were not aware that the holiday apartment can accommodate 5 people, as we only stayed there with two people and a dog. We had all options for room distribution. The beautiful large living room with dining area and open kitchen invited us to eat and relax. Twice we had dinner inside the house, otherwise ALWAYS on the beautiful inviting terrace by the wonderful pool, which the hostess maintained with great attention to detail. The clear water in the pool was cool, as it tends to get cooler in the evenings at this time of year, so the sun takes longer to warm up the water again. But we had a lot of fun. And I will remember this great vacation for a long time.
Regarding the two rooms:
The 1st room is slightly larger, with a view into the courtyard. It has a double bed, a large wardrobe with compartments, and underbed storage. There is a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall in the bedroom. Programme only available via Wi-Fi, which worked flawlessly!
Room 2:
Slightly smaller, facing the street, but situated in a quiet side street.
Two single beds pushed together.

Great vacation
super nice accommodation, clean and tidy, nice landlords. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday, this is the right place. Ideal for families. The beach is about 6 km away, for example in Medulin. For us, this was hardly an option due to the available pool. We will gladly come back.

Beautiful apartment with a great pool.
The apartment looks exactly like the pictures show. Everything was super new and absolutely clean. We stayed there for 14 days and felt very comfortable. In the village (reachable in about 8 minutes), there is a small supermarket and a good pizzeria. Otherwise, it is rather quiet there. If you want to experience something, you have to drive to Medulin or Pula. The sandy beach in Medulin is not recommended, super crowded and tight, an absolute horror! The beach in Sissan, on the other hand, is very beautiful and there is even a small beach bar.

A well-maintained property with a pool, beach about 3-4km away. We stayed there with 2 dogs who felt very comfortable. We were welcomed by the owners with wine, food, and fruit. We would definitely vacation here again.
