Description
New vacation house in Pula is the perfect vacation accommodation for the whole family: it can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The house has two separate bedrooms, equipped with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The living area offers Tv with Sat. programs. We recommend arriving by car or renting a car on site; parking is available directly on the property. Access to the Internet is also possible through W-lan; bed linen for all persons is included. One pet is welcome. Large fenced garden of 1000 m2 is at your disposal.

Pula is one of the oldest cities in Croatia that offers you a lot to see: the best-preserved amphitheater where events take place almost every day in summer, various museums, the harbor, the old town and the lively market are characteristic. 5km. away is the city of Medulin with colorful nightlife and family parks. Half an hour's drive takes you to the well-known and worth-seeing town of Rovinj, at the top of Istria's Cape Kamenjak Nature Park with unique natural beaches. Brioni National Park can be quickly reached by one of many boats that organize all-day excursions.

Super delicious, highly recommended option for a quick lunch.
Although not very large, but a beautiful cottage in which everything is available. Large property especially for dog owners. The only criticism is the coffee machine which takes forever. But this is not the first time in Croatia. Good shopping opportunities about 1km away. We were very satisfied.

Super holiday home.
Warm welcome.
Large property with gate.
Small pretty house with two bedrooms, bathroom and living-kitchen.
Terrace with pavilion and grill, garden seating and sun loungers.
Everything you need is there.
Everything was tip top clean. Nothing worn or old.
We felt very comfortable, it is nice and quiet. Enjoy the sunrise with coffee and bird chirping in the morning. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the right place.
It's about 7 km to Pula and the beach.
We can only recommend it and will come back.

A dream house in a top location
We arrived early in the morning and were amazed at the absolute tranquillity and the fantastic location. After consultation, we were even able to move into the house earlier and were absolutely thrilled. The owner was super friendly, explained the peculiarities and customs to us very well.
As far as the equipment of the house is concerned, everything is really, really there. 2 bedrooms, a small, fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, cooker, fridge with freezer). A very good shower (rain shower and regular shower head) with good pressure and sufficient hot water should be mentioned next to the washing machine. Lovingly arranged small accessories were placed throughout the living area, fresh flowers and more than sufficient information about leisure activities were available in paper form. The Wi-Fi was very stable and fast with a 1.5 MB line. The garden was top. It couldn't have been better. We had chosen this house because you get about 1000 m2 of land, fenced and with a flower meadow, because we came with a dog. Our dog had a blast in the meadow, it still puts a smile on my face when I think about him dashing from one side to the other. Unfortunately I can't give a rating for the outdoor shower, it was too cold to use it in mid-April. The barbecue is perfect, well maintained and all the necessary accessories are included. The neighbours are very quiet, so you can hear the birds chirping all day. The beach (east coast) is 5-6 minutes by car, south is about 10 minutes. Pula itself and the shopping facilities are also about 5 minutes away. If you want to leave the car behind, there is a taxi company within reach, the bus stop is about 300 metres away. The way to the front door is on the one hand possible via a ramp, stairs for the direct entrance are also available. Simply TOP !!!

Sehr empfehlenswert
Wir waren in den Pfingstferien für 1 Woche in diesem kleinen aber feinem Häuschen. Wer Ruhe sucht isf hier genau richtig. Um das Haus in der Umgebung gibt es nicht viel aber sehr viel Ruhe. Zum Stand oder zum Einkaufen muss man fahren nächster Strand 5 km es gibt mehrere davon auch einsame Buchten und der schönste für uns persönlich der Gordan Strand. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder her.
