This second floor apartment, without an elevator, welcomes you with a practical and comfortable kitchen-living-dining room. It is equipped with AC (only cold air) and TV with satellite channels. The kitchen is open and offers a ceramic hob. Please note that the kitchen equipment is basic and that there is no washing machine, no iron, and no ironing board available. There are two bedrooms with twin beds, air conditioning (cold air only) and wardrobe. One of them has space for a cot and a high chair, and the second has access to a terrace. The extra guest will sleep on the sofa bed. The modern bathroom features a shower.
The quiet and beautiful urbanization of Canyamel belongs to the municipality of Capdepera and has one of the most beautiful beaches in the area and with all the necessary accessible services such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
