In this beautiful and comfortable house you will enjoy the peace of being in the outskirts of an interior village but with all comforts. Outside you can refresh in the beautiful swimming pool sizing 5 x 3 metres and with a 1.5 metres depth. After the dip, nothing like sunbathing on one of the sunbeds or having a drink under the porch while cooking the barbecue. By the house entrance there is another sitting area to have lunch or dinner with your loved ones enjoying the amazing Majorcan weather. The property is within the village and it has direct neighbours.
The 130 m2 two storey house has been restored so that you will enjoy all comforts during your stay. In the living room you can have a rest on one of the sofas, watch TV or take a little siesta. Then the dining area suitable for 4 people. Finally the kitchen, basically equipped to cook during your vacation, including a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a little table for morning breakfasts. The laundry is located by the kitchen and it features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Two of the three bedrooms are also on the ground floor. One with a double be and the other with twin beds, and both with a fan and a closet. Two bathrooms complete this floor, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, for the whole accommodation. Going upstairs you will find the last twin bedroom which also presents a fan and a closet. If you are travelling with a baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair too.
The house is located in the village of Algaida, where you will find all basic services for an independent stay: supermarkets, shops, bars and traditional food restaurants. You can visit the Can Gordiola glassworks, or reach the Puig de Randa and admire some beautiful views over the island. El Arenal is the nearest beach, with all services and a great atmosphere. If you love practising golf, the nearest course is only 13.6 km away. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There are parking space for 1 cars in the garage.

Overall assessment
The size of the house, with 2 bathrooms, The bedrooms and bathrooms are well separated, which is practical if someone gets up earlier or something, The swimming pool, although small, The terrace, Not very far from the airport,
everything you need to live is there!
It is an extremely comfortable home, with all the amenities, in a very quiet area, 15 minutes from Palma, I would completely recommend it,
The house is large and clean, although it is a bit dark, However, it did not bother us as we went out often, The kitchen is sufficiently equipped for our use, There is a large bathroom and a shower room, We enjoyed the terrace with two outdoor areas for eating and the barbecue, The private garage is a plus, The location is ideal, Algaida is close to a main road that allowed us to reach the most remote corners of the island in about 50 minutes, In addition, it is close to the airport (18 min by car),
The exterior was delightful, with varying areas of shade and sunlight, The pool was satisfactory, even though it was not heated, The beds were cozy (although the single beds were a bit noisy!), The interior was spacious with tall ceilings and conventional features, It's a 15-minute stroll into town, but the walk is serene, Having two bathrooms was extremely handy, The availability of the garage was incredibly beneficial as there is no parking on the street,
