Check-in was uncomplicated and I found a great room with excellent air conditioning. The kitchen had everything needed for quick meals, which made moving in immediately pleasant. Parking also went smoothly.

The house is beautiful and relatively well-equipped. It is very isolated in the scrubland. Contrary to what we were led to believe, the pool is not heated. So it's impossible to swim!!! There are still some things missing in the house for daily needs, if only a broom and a dustpan, a cutting board. On the regulatory side, unless the regulations in Mallorca are different from those on the continent, there is no fire extinguisher, no first aid kit, no file with emergency numbers, etc. . . Access to the house is very difficult in the last 500 meters with a barely passable dirt road. Fortunately, we had rented an SUV with significant ground clearance. In short! Improvements need to be made to make the stay pleasant and safe.

We got the Lock box code 15 minutes before our scheduled check in, which was sufficient timing, Upon arrival, the Villa may have appeared small from the outside but it was indeed spacious, It was equipped with everything necessary for a family stay, We were a group of 9 adults and 1 infant, The bedrooms were big with adequate space to unpack, The beds were slightly firm but we managed to have good sleep, There was a cotbed and high chair for my grandson, The rooms had ceiling light fans and air conditioning, The host had left some kitchen essentials for us which was thoughtful, The local supermarket was a 15-minute walk away, The pool was a blessing during the day and was just the right size for our group, The kitchen was well-equipped and there was a laundry room with an extra fridge freezer and a single bed, There was an outside toilet/shower room, so wet clothes didn't have to be brought inside the villa, There was an outside and inside eating area, The pool area was spacious with enough sunlounges for everyone, We didn't use the outside BBQ as we went out most days to Palma city, Having a car is a bonus but we were familiar with the bus route (Bus No 403), The local restaurants, cafes, and shops were a 20-minute walk from the Villa, Overall, Catalina was an excellent host and the Villa met our needs, We are looking forward to our next stay here,
