Welcome to this wonderful house with a private 6m x 3m chlorine swimming pool, with a depth ranging from 0.90m to 1.50m and an external shower. Beside it, a fantastic terrace with a barbecue, ideal to prepare a delicious meal to enjoy with your loved ones. The location of the pool makes it perfect for sunbathing or enjoy the lovely mediterranean breeze in the afternoon. You can also pick up some tree fruits at the garden like loquats, oranges or lemons.

The property has been refurbished and its cosy and bright rooms are distributed over two floors. Its decoration and details, which combine a Mallorcan and modern style, give it a unique and singular touch. It has three living rooms, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, a cheerful and comfortable living room with TV, and a separate dining room with access to a kitchen equipped with a gas cooker and all the necessary utensils. A bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower, which serves this floor. There is a separate laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Upstairs, two living rooms, one with a comfortable sofa and access to a small terrace, and a second one which retains its Mallorcan character. Three bedrooms, all with double beds and a bathroom with bathtub. If you are travelling with the little ones in the family, we provide a cot and a highchair, and two are available on request. In order to reduce the summer heat, all the bedrooms have air-conditioning and the house provides a fan. In case it gets a little cooler in the evenings, the downstairs living room has a fantastic pellet cooker, and a radiator is also available.

Algaida village is located at Pla de Mallorca, and is known for its wheat fields, peace and a wide gastronomic offer with lovely bars and restaurants where you will find delicious typical mallorcan food. For sports or trips lovers, we recommend to visit Randa, where you can do interesting routes like to Santuario de Cura, with its idyllic views. At 14 kilometers distance you can go and play golf to Son Gual and Puntiró. Through the M-15 motorway you will easily access to a lot of beaches and coves, like s'Arenal beach or Cala Blava cove or Palma city known for the legendary cathedral. if you drive to the south, you will get to the natural and lovely white sand and crystallized water Es Trenc and Es Carbó beaches. Mallorca is full of life in the summer nights, so don't forget to go out and have a drink! Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. Despite the lack of facilities for 7 people, the exterior (dining area, barbecue and swimming pool) was enjoyable. There were only 5 deckchairs, and in addition, they were broken.

If you're in pursuit of an authentic Spanish holiday experience, this is the ideal place for you, However, if you're looking for a picturesque, Instagram-worthy spot, this might not meet your expectations, It lacks modern kitchenware and furniture and a view of the rolling hills, Yet, it offers a charming, spacious, and comfortable space with a lovely outdoor area that includes a pool and BBQ - a perfect spot for relaxation, It's not located in the remote hills of Mallorca, which I think is a plus point, The villa is just a few steps away from a typical Spanish square that offers cafes, bars, ice cream parlors, and a bakery, We used to have BBQs at home and then go for a drink at the square - it was an absolute delight, Some previous reviews mentioned issues with noise and dampness, but we didn't face any such issues during our mid-September stay, Moreover, the host is quite attentive,

We've previously been to this lovely rural town and adored it so much that we returned, it's conveniently near Palma and a quick car ride to the beach and other attractions, The residence has been restored while maintaining many original elements, if you desire a genuine experience, this is the spot for you, The host was considerate without being overbearing and has evidently invested a lot of work in restoring this vintage property, We were greeted warmly and given a bottle of local wine, The owner/host gave us a brief walkthrough of the facilities and left his contact in case we needed anything, Harvesting from the citrus and sweet fruit trees was an absolute delight, as was the chance to freshen up in our own little pool, A sanctuary in what is now a bustling town,

The property manager gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful and charming, He gave a full tour of the house and provided information on local attractions and amenities, He visited the property every few days, according to our schedule, to clean the pool, outdoor areas, water the plants and collect trash, He was a lovely, kind gentleman, The house is beautiful, full of history and very authentic, The fixtures and fittings are in keeping with a property of this history, Don't expect hi-tech gadgets! The bedrooms are spacious, with comfortable and clean beds and effective (and free) air conditioning, The showers are hot and plentiful, The property is also perfectly situated within the town, with a short walk to the local bakery, shops and bar/restaurants,
