Description
Spacious, comfortable 4-room holiday apartment with wrap-around balcony and wonderful panoramic views of the lake and Alps, cozily and lovingly furnished, comfortably equipped for your carefree holiday. The holiday apartment accommodates up to 5 people, but is also rented to 2 people:
In addition to a large living room (flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi), upholstered corner and a lovely dining area by the window, you will find a separate, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, kettle/egg boiler, toaster, etc. The apartment also has 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m) and access to the balcony, one bedroom with a single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m), one bedroom with a bunk bed, bathroom with shower bathtub, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, separate WC, elevator, parking space at the house.
A locked bicycle room is also at your disposal! A playground is nearby.
A travel cot and high chair for children are provided free of charge upon request. Furthermore, the apartment is a non-smoking apartment, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate.
Enjoy the sun on the covered, wrap-around southeast/south-facing balcony already at breakfast and until the evening, and then the unforgettable sunsets – for example, with a glass of delicious Lake Constance wine – always an experience!

From the west, take the A 81 Stuttgart - Singen to Hegau junction, then take the A 98 to Stockach-Ost (end of the motorway); from Stockach, the B 31 towards Lindau will lead you via Meersburg - Immenstaad.
From the east, take the A 96 Ulm - Memmingen - Lindau
- Exit Sigmarszell onto the B 31 towards Friedrichshafen - Immenstaad. In the village, from Friedrichshafener Straße towards Kippenhausen up to the sharp left curve, but continue straight towards Spiegelberg, before the bridge turn right, then after the playground take another right onto Tobelweg/Hasenweg.
Or from Friedrichshafener Straße through Mühlgarten into Tobelweg.
By train to Friedrichshafen, then continue with bus 7395 to Immenstaad.

Active vacation at Lake Constance with a view
The vacation apartment of the Mehl family was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. When you look at the lake from the terrace in the evening with a nice glass of white wine from the local region, you don’t need the Mediterranean anymore. In just 5 minutes on foot, you can reach a beautiful beach in Immenstaad for swimming (beach shoes are helpful as the shore is a bit stony). An ideal starting point for trips by bike, boat, or on foot (e.g., a walk to Hagnau). The holiday apartment was perfect for us as a young group of 4 students to do sports together (cycling) and cook. The apartment is very spacious, so nothing stands in the way of a game night in bad weather. We would be happy to come back!

Beautiful Lake Constance vacation in a great apartment with a fantastic view.
Dear Mehl family, we booked the last autumn days of the Golden October with you at very short notice via the internet. The time was really very nice, the weather was also great, and we were able to enjoy the days thoroughly. Every day we could go on excursions and returned in the evening, tired, to your very beautiful apartment, where we enjoyed the quiet evenings. Everything was perfect, we lacked nothing, as your cozy apartment is spaciously designed and offers a wonderful view of Lake Constance and the Alps, which delighted us every morning during breakfast. We would love to come back!

Cozy apartment - with a splendid view of the lake and the Alps
Dear Mehl family, we have been coming to you in Immenstaad for many years now and were able to enjoy wonderful relaxing days in your beautifully furnished holiday apartment again this year. The magnificent lake view is simply dreamy! Thank you very much for that. We can highly recommend your holiday apartment. It is cozily furnished, and everything you need for daily needs is available, even a dishwasher. We had beautiful trips both by car and with the Lake Constance fleet, enjoyed great bike tours, and also walked the lovely waterfront paths. Everything was so relaxing again that we booked right away for 2020.

Step in and feel at home - Great apartment with a dream view!
Dear Mehl family, we had another very lovely, relaxing vacation with you in Immenstaad. It was a return visit, as we were lucky last year to secure another two weeks of vacation. You walk in and feel at home, right from the first moment. The beautifully furnished and well-equipped apartment offers a breathtaking view of Lake Constance and the Alps. We spent many hours on the balcony. You can get to Lake Constance and the center quickly on foot. Immenstaad itself is a good starting point for any vacation, with roughly equal distances to the east and west. The lakeside paths are great, whether on foot or by bike—just ideal. We enjoy coming back and hope to stay for three weeks next time.

Best relaxation at Lake Constance
After we have now booked with IRMANSA in Immenstaad 3 times, the last time here with the Mehl family, we would like to recommend this apartment to all vacation rental seekers. We were here with our dog, who also felt very comfortable and with whom we were able to take nice walks in the nearby area. The apartment is very nicely shaped, has plenty of space, and offers a fantastic view at a 90° angle over Lake Constance. We enjoyed this view every day during breakfast and dinner from the dining table, even when the weather was gloomy. And it was so relaxing that we immediately booked again for 2019.
