In a quiet, idyllic location by the Kniebach nature reserve you will find this beautiful 3-room apartment for 2 – 4 people, lovingly and comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need for a carefree holiday:
The living room with upholstered corner and dining area (with flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi), a bedroom with double bed and access to the balcony, a bedroom with bunk bed, separate fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob/oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, fridge-freezer, water/egg boiler, daylight bathroom with shower-bathtub, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, separate. WC, elevator
A children's travel bed and high chair are provided free of charge upon request.
Free parking is available at the house. A secure bicycle storage room is also at your disposal! A playground is nearby.
Furthermore, the apartment is a non-smoking apartment, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate.

From the west, take the A 81 Stuttgart - Singen to Hegau Junction, then take the A 98 to Stockach-Ost (end of the motorway), from Stockach the B 31 leads you towards Lindau via Meersburg - Immenstaad.
From the east, take the A 96 Ulm - Memmingen - Lindau
- Exit Sigmarszell onto the B 31 towards Friedrichshafen - Immenstaad. In town, from Friedrichshafener Straße towards Kippenhausen until the sharp left curve, but continue straight towards Spiegelberg, right before the bridge, then right again after the playground into Tobelweg/Hasenweg.
Or from Friedrichshafener Straße via Mühlgarten into Tobelweg.
By train to Friedrichshafen, then take bus 7395 to Immenstaad.

Very nice apartment
We felt at home in the very well-equipped apartment right away. The southwest orientation of the balcony on the top floor guarantees a wonderful view of the lake and the mountains. The bus stop can be reached in a few minutes, allowing you to make full use of the Bodensee-Card and leave the car in the garage.

Dreamlike vacation
Arrive, feel good, and enjoy! The magnificent distant view from the covered southwest balcony of Lake Constance and the Alpine chain immediately captivated us! We were warmly welcomed by the administrator, Mr. König, and received helpful tips. The apartment includes a car garage. The vacation rental offers everything you need. Especially valuable was the recommendation to purchase the Bodensee Card Plus, which, in addition to the Echt Bodensee Card, allowed us to leave the car behind and travel for free by bus, ship, and train. We could also use many attractions free of charge, such as the Pfänderbahn, the cable car to Säntis, the Zeppelin Museum, and many more. We sincerely thank the Sauer family and Mr. König for a great holiday at Lake Constance and would love to come back!

Beautiful apartment with fantastic lake and alpine views
Dear Grabsch Family, as in several times in the past, we were again at Lake Constance this year, specifically in your apartment in Immenstaad. The apartment is a dream! The view of Lake Constance and the Swiss Alps from your south balcony is fantastic! Plus, your beautifully furnished apartment. The amenities leave nothing to be desired; there is everything you need to feel at home right away. We also greatly appreciate the quiet location! Next year we will definitely come back. Hopefully the weather will be as nice as it was this year. But even bad weather can be managed quite well here.

Vacation apartment from the Grabsch family
We are now coming to Immenstaad for the 12th time to the apartment of the Grabsch family.
The apartment has everything you need.
From the balcony, I have a great view of Lake Constance and the Swiss Alps with Säntis (simply fantastic). I can reach the town, the landing stage, shopping opportunities, and restaurants in just a few minutes. The bus connections are very good, and we can leave the car parked.
That's why we always love to come back.
