Location and surroundings of object
Playa Blanca is a charming location in the south of Lanzarote. The villa is located very close to the Atlantic Ocean and the Marina Rubicon yacht harbor with a promenade. There is no street in front of or behind the villa (which has a sea view in the first row) - a short footpath leads from the private car park to the villa.
The view from the terrace/garden overlooks a private green zone and the sea in the distance. The property is not overlooked.
The yacht harbor can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. and the beautiful "Playa Dorada" beach in 15 minutes. Also, it takes only 15 minutes to get to the supermarket and a small shopping center.
"Villa El Paraiso" is very privately managed - German support on site - welcome greeting with wine, beer, or water and fruit for our guests.
