Description

Welcome to the Sommerbrise holiday home, located in Velbert, North Rhine-Westphalia. This spacious holiday home offers 225 square metres of space for up to 6 guests. It has 3 bedrooms, a guest WC and 2 bathrooms, all of which are modern and comfortably furnished.

The house offers a variety of amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You can park your car conveniently in the double garage or in the car park. The well-tended garden invites you to relax and the barbecue area is perfect for cosy summer evenings. You can enjoy the sun and end the day on one of the terraces.

Inside, you will find a cosy living room with a seating area and a large 2.40 m dining table. In the basement there is a bar with a fireplace, perfect for chilly evenings. A large conservatory with a glass roof is right next door.
For wellness enthusiasts, there is a family sauna in the garden house. The shower in the bathroom is just a short walk through the balcony door.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, programme oven with microwave, kettle and coffee machine. A fridge-freezer combination offers plenty of storage space. A television, washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.

We have provided a cot for our youngest guests. Free WLAN, an iron and a hairdryer are also available. Long-term rentals are possible and we ask for your understanding that we only accept non-smokers.

The Sommerbrise holiday home is surrounded by a picturesque landscape. The large windows provide a beautiful view of the surroundings. The interior is modern and cosy with high-quality furniture. The bedrooms are comfortably furnished with box-spring beds and offer a place of rest and relaxation.

We have been renting out holiday homes for almost 25 years, which we have completely renovated after purchase and equipped with new bathrooms and furnishings. Each holiday home is unique, completely different in appearance, location and features - never off the peg! We attach great importance to cosiness. Most of the houses have large plots of land for the children to run around in, a run for the dogs and open space for the guests. We have lived in every house ourselves, whether during the renovation or the furnishing, or for a holiday. So we were able to see for ourselves where something needed to be changed. We always believed that this was our favourite house - so far we have already rented out 10 houses. We hope that our guests also feel at home.
