Short distances to all neighbouring towns such as Bochum, Hattingen, Velbert, Wuppertal. Less than 30 minutes to Düsseldorf, Ratingen and Dortmund. Ideal for trade fair visitors and exhibitors. After a strenuous day at the trade fair, you will find the relaxation of home with us.
In the ancient old town of Hattingen or Velbert Langenberg you can experience the origins of the Ruhr area.

Beautiful
A beautiful holiday home, peaceful and clean. I rented the house for a few weeks and it was very nice. I would like to thank the landlady because she is very kind and always helpful. The prices are cheap for a holiday home and it is highly recommended.

Great, very quiet terraced house with all comforts. Nice terrace for cosy hours. Convenient location for cyclists, close to the city centre and above all the Ruhr. Friendly landlady lives next door and therefore quick contact for questions and problems.
recommend for: seniors, holiday without car, cultural and sightseeing holiday
