Super schönes Haus

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist wirklich super – ruhig und angenehm, gleichzeitig ist alles Wichtige gut erreichbar.

Auch die Ausstattung hat uns überzeugt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht, und das Haus ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Besonders positiv fanden wir die angenehme Atmosphäre.

Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war hervorragend. Fragen wurden schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert beantwortet, sodass wir uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt haben.

Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt gut und das Ferienhaus bei unserer Ankunft ordentlich und gepflegt.

Alles in allem können wir das Ferienhaus definitiv weiterempfehlen. Eine schöne Unterkunft mit toller Lage, guter Ausstattung und sehr netten Gastgebern – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Family vacation with dog

From the first contact to the end, everything was really great. The landlords answered all questions kindly and quickly, on the day of arrival the property manager was there and explained everything very well and showed us everything despite some communication problems.
Even the pool service was super friendly and we could have a nice chat.
The house is very beautiful and furnished with a lot of love and leaves nothing to be desired. We were there with two small children and had a very nice vacation.

Entspannung und Bewegung

Das Haus ist ordentlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Der Pool ist auch super, zu dieser Jahreszeit haben wir ihn für unsere private Challenge genutzt (12 Grad Wassertemperatur).?
Der Weg zum Strand ist ca. 1,2 km, was wir gerne mit einem Spaziergang mit unserem Hund verbunden haben. Apropos, unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt, wollte am Abreisetag nicht mal ins Auto. Der Strand ist super, leider war der Montana Winde zu stark für einen Aufenthalt. Da wir unsere Fahrräder mitgenommen haben, haben wir Ausflüge nach L'escala , Empuriabrava und Figueres gemacht, was auch empfehlenswert ist. Die Spanier sind fleißig dabei die Radwege zu verbessern, zum Teil sind noch längere Strecken mit Schotter ausgestattet, was das Fahrrad und auch das Gesäß leiden läßt! ?
Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub, wo das Haus von Katja und Rüdiger den größten Teil zu beigetragen hat, komfortabel (Fernseher in jedem Zimmer), modern und auch die Ausstattung unser Meinung nach für 6 Personen (wir waren 2 Pers. + Hund) gut ausgestattet!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, tierfreundliches Haus

Alles, wie beschrieben, Haus sehr gut ausgestattet, gute Lage, schnell mit Auto oder Fahrrad am Strand, tierfreundlich, komplett eingezäunt, sehr nette Vermieter, immer erreichbar, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. :-)

Summer 2025

We have rented the house for the second time already. Even in summer, the area is not overcrowded. You can relax wonderfully here, and those who want can perfectly explore the area from here. Many culinary options in the immediate vicinity. We feel very comfortable here and will come back if possible. Thank you!!!

Holiday home near the beach with private pool

A beautiful holiday home with its own pool (6x4m) and outdoor area with paving. Single-storey building, also suitable for people with limited mobility, but not fully wheelchair accessible, as ramps would be needed. All bedrooms (3) and the living kitchen have a split air conditioning system. Two rooms with "real" double beds and one single room/bed with a pull-out second bed. One double room has a bathroom/shower and toilet. A second toilet/shower is separate. The property is fully fenced and accessed through an automatic sliding gate with remote control for vehicles. Parking for 2 vehicles is sufficient. Shaded garden seating area with large table, chairs, and 6 loungers next to the pool. The pool is checked/cleaned by "Bert" 1-2 times a week. Small shaded veranda in the entrance area. Well-equipped kitchen with ceramic glass, coffee machine, dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, and refrigerator with separate freezer. In the kitchen, generous counter space to eat. The property is directly on the road from Sant Pere to the campsites by the sea; the traffic is audible but not annoying. Thanks to the pool right by the house, we (3 adults, 2 children) only occasionally went to the beach; the pool was completely sufficient. The beach is reachable on foot in 15-20 minutes. Bicycles would be quite practical for the distances around the house. Shopping option in Sant Pere with the Spar supermarket, 20 minutes on foot. While we were there, the neighboring houses were uninhabited, it was quiet in the neighborhood. Worthwhile excursions are available to Roses, L'Escala, Girona, Figures, . . . and also to Barcelona.

Holiday home in top location and very good ? ? ? excellent.

We can highly recommend this holiday home on the Costa Brava, extremely good location and especially top amenities from the kitchen to the bedrooms, no wishes are left unfulfilled. Super nice owners who are always reachable via WhatsApp and always helpful.
What should also be mentioned is the complete fencing and the car is always directly visible. Great terrace, beautiful.......
We had a great holiday here and recovered very well.
