Description
This nice and comfortable house with large beautiful garden, located on the best place a small bungalow park, guarantees you a nice, quiet place to relax.
Cozy living room with new furniture, fireplace and all the usual appliances such as flat-screen TV, Audio, Video, and free Wi-Fi. Plus a nice view of the park from the large windows!
Open kitchen with large oven, dishwasher and microwave.
3 bedrooms, 1 with a bed of 160x200 and a second sink, 1 with a bunk bed in size 80x190 and 1 with a single bed 80x190. All bedrooms have direct access to the terrace.
Plenty of closet space in the master bedroom and in the hallway, there is a washing machine in the pantry. Spacious bathroom with nice shower. Separate toilet. Bathroom and toilet and underfloor heating. The house is completely isolated.
The terrace is south facing and has a fireplace. The garden (730m2 plot!) With lots of light / sun but also shade. The backyard is directly access to Zeepe dunes.
Behind the house there is a lockable barn where you can stand your bikes.
The woods and dunes are located directly behind the house. In the dunes and forests there are several beautiful hiking trails. You will find there also a mountain bike trail and a "climbing forest". The sea, with beautiful long beaches is 3 km.
The bungalow park has only 18 cottages, a U-shaped access road with a playground for children. At the beginning of the park is a large, private parking.
Within 1 km, you will find a sports center (indoor and outdoor activities including a mini golf course, tennis courts and a bowling alley and indoor and outdoor play area) and an 18-hole golf course. Just 1 km from the shops and a large supermarket. Less than 1 km away, there are some restaurants.

Wohnen in der Natur
Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet. Der Garten bzw. die Außenanlage ist wie das Haus zum Wohlfühlen. Die Siedlung ist wunderbar begrünt. Man empfindet sich in keiner Weise als Teil einer Touristenmenge, sondern als individueller Gast in einer schönen Umgebung.
Der Ort Burgh-Haamstede ist ebenfalls eine Grün-Oase. Die Bepflanzung (z.B. mit Birnbäumen) ist vorbildlich.
