Zeestern 15 is the address of our beautiful holiday home at Park Zeeduin in Burgh-Haamstede on the Zeeland island of Schouwen-Duiveland.
Detached in a unique location on the edge of the woods and dunes of a small-scale park, surrounded by peace, privacy and nature.
The ground floor of the house is fully equipped, such as a flat screen TV with digital TV (including Google Chromecast for Netflix, YouTube, etc. streaming), wireless internet (WiFi), dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer and fireplace . The open kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of cooking utensils and basic appliances.
The 2nd toilet is on the top floor. The 3 bedrooms have comfortable beds with pocket spring mattresses and wall fans for the necessary cooling in the hot summer months.
The surrounding garden offers plenty of opportunity to relax and enjoy the sun on various terraces.
In the village (approx. 1500m) you will find everything you need for groceries in a supermarket, bakery or fishmonger. The Zeeland bolus and mussels are widely available there.
Restaurants, a sports center with miniature golf, bowling, children's fair, tennis (outdoor and indoor), an approach golf course, (electric) bicycle rental and even a climbing forest are in the vicinity.
In the dunes and in the woods directly behind the house you can enjoy walking and get a breath of fresh air on the nearby beach (approx. 2000 m).
Visit Delta Park and mussel farm Neeltje Jans; a place where nature, culture and technology come together.
The larger villages and towns such as Zierikzee, Goes and Middelburg can be reached by car in about half an hour.

| Throughout the year only weekly rentals are possible (Mo. 16.00 – Mon. 11.00 or Fri. 16.00 – Fri. 11.00 AM). Any deviating requests in consultation. The prices include: VAT, wifi and normal energy consumption, however, due to the developments with regard to the prices for gas and electricity, it is possible that we have to charge a surcharge. The calculated prices 2024 on this site include: Rental: € 675.00 (low) € 875.00 (middle) € 1,195.00 (high) p/w Final cleaning € 75.00 Pets: € 3.50 p/p, p/d But exclude: Deposit € 200.00 Tourist tax € 2.04 p/p, p/d high season (from 01-05-2024 to 31-08-2024) The other periods € 1.83 p/p, p/d low season There are 3 bedrooms upstairs: 2x 2 beds 90×200 cm (duvet 140×200 cm) and 1x bed 160×200 cm (duvet 200×200 cm). Bring towels and preferably own bed linen and kitchen towels. Use of existing bed linen and kitchen towels / guest towels is allowed, but must be returned clean. No pets, unless clear permission has been obtained beforehand. In that case they are not allowed on furniture / upper floor and should be let out outside the park. Costs € 3.50 p/pet, p/d. Smoking is not allowed in the home. Due to the quiet character and regulations due to inconvenience in this park of private holiday homes there will be no rental to groups of young people (under 25 years). At the end of the stay, the home must be left tidy and neat. There are containers for household waste at the entrance of the park. |
Cancellation terms:
- 1. Conversion to an alternative date is possible free of charge up to 50 days before the day of arrival; 2. Up to 50 days before the day of arrival, 25% of the rental costs will be charged (excluding costs for deposit, cleaning, tourist tax and/or dogs); 3. Up to 30 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the rental costs will be charged (excluding costs for deposit, cleaning, tourist tax and/or dogs); 4. From 30 days up to the day of arrival, 100% of the rental costs will be charged (excluding costs for deposit, cleaning, tourist tax and/or dogs). Please therefore always think about a cancellation insurance yourself.
