Our holiday flat is located about 1 km from the town centre in a quiet residential area, surrounded by fields and the Nette
In Dülken there is a Narrenmühle (the landmark of Dülken) as well as a water tower or the old town wall
- Historical guided tour of Dülken every 4th Saturday of the month
at 11 a.m. (exception: in June for early risers already from
9 a.m.) Meeting point is the fountain at the market square. The guided tour
lasts about 1.5 hours

Beautiful, with minor improvements.
The apartment is very quiet and centrally located for trips to Holland. Everything you need is there: toaster, coffee maker, and Senseo. A dishwasher would have been nice. Some areas need renovation or touch-ups. A new, larger balcony table would be good. The shades in the bedroom have also aged. Really too much fabric softener is being used; it smells way too strong, especially considering there are allergy sufferers. The fact that a single room surcharge is being charged is something we are not familiar with.

Everything perfect
A super great accommodation ... you feel like at home ....everything you need is available ....for the price you don't have a room but an apartment with balcony entrance from living room and kitchen ....no intrusive or curious landlord so far the best holiday apartment I have rented....I would recommend it to everyone who asks me about accommodation.

Somewhat carelessly furnished holiday apartment, definitely could be improved! No WiFi (we were not the only ones who missed it, it was to be read..), rang the bell three times, no one opened. Individual hairs on the shower wall. The DTV certificate was issued in 2012 and was valid until 04/2015, apparently resting on their laurels. The location is great. Oh, and definitely too much fabric softener in the laundry!

Holiday apartment
The only criticism is that we missed the functioning heater in the bathroom and bedroom, which was present but hardly noticeable - very unfortunate, otherwise it would be perfect. It should be noted that it is not wheelchair accessible for disabled people.
