The 56 sqm holiday apartment "Meerweib" is sunny, facing east and south, on the 3rd floor. From the living area, you have a beautiful view south towards the spa park.
The apartment has a cozy living room with a dining area and a kitchenette. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x200 cm), wardrobe, and TV, and one with two single beds (each 80x200 cm, which can be pushed together if needed) and a wardrobe. A friendly designed shower room with toilet and washbasin completes the offer.
The equipment of the apartment leaves nothing to be desired: Two televisions (a large Smart-TV in the living room and a smaller TV in the bedroom), CD-radio, DVD player, and Wi-Fi provide entertainment and comfort. The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, NESPRESSO capsule machine with milk frother, SENSEO pad machine, toaster, and kettle.
A travel cot and high chair for children are happily provided free of charge if needed. The apartment does not have its own balcony – however, you can use the very large, furnished roof terrace of Villa Sirene, which is open for communal use and offers a magnificent view over the Baltic Sea and the seaside resort Binz.
A Finnish sauna in the building (for a fee) invites you to relax.
An elevator is available. In the basement of the building, a washing machine and dryer are available (for a fee). For your vehicle, a garage parking space is available at the house (suitable for vehicles up to 150 cm in height).
During the bathing season from May to September, a beach chair on the beach in front of the villa is included in the price.
