Holiday-friendly living/bedroom with flat-screen TV, armchairs, double bed with adjustable slatted frames, laminate flooring and free Wi-Fi.
Fully equipped kitchenette in the enclosed loggia with 4-plate ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge, coffee maker and kettle and toaster.
Beautiful bathroom with shower, hairdryer and WC.
The holiday flat is on the first floor. A lift is available in the house.
1 parking space in the garage at the house is available to guests free of charge
(clear height 1.70m, not suitable for oversized cars).

The Villa Stranddistel with the holiday flat "Josephine am Meer" is located in the 1st row directly on the fashionable beach promenade of Binz, directly on the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach on the island of Rügen. It is only a stone's throw to the centre and the pier. Numerous shopping facilities and good restaurants can be found near the holiday flat. We look forward to your visit!

Rügen in autumn
We spent a lovely autumn holiday at Villa Stranddistel directly on the beach in Binz. The island is great, the weather was fantastic. One week was definitely too short. We have to come back!
