The large living room in the tower of the villa offers you a beautiful sea view, a high-quality living area, radio, flat screen TV and a comfortable dining area
The kitchenette in the living room is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, conventional coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.
The flat has two furnished balconies that can be accessed from the living room
One balcony looks out over the Baltic Sea, the other towards the granite forest.
Both bedrooms have high-quality box-spring beds, TV and built-in wardrobes
The bathroom has a bathtub with integrated shower, hairdryer and washbasin
The WC is separate.
The penthouse is on the 4th floor. A lift is available in the villa.
Wi-Fi and 1 garage parking space at the house (clear height 1.65m, length 5m) are included
A beach chair is available free of charge on the beach from May to September.
Washing machine and dryer in the basement of the villa can be used against coins.
The holiday flat can be booked with a maximum of 4 people.

Villa Stranddistel with the tower flat "Ulrich Müther" is located directly on the beach promenade of Binz, directly on the fine sandy bathing beach on the Baltic Sea on the island of Rügen. It is only a stone's throw to the pier and the town centre. Good restaurants and numerous shopping facilities can be found near the holiday flat.

Es wird lediglich die Buchungsgebühr einbehalten, da diese mit erfolgter Buchung verdient ist. Sollte der Grund des Reiserücktritts jedoch bei Ihnen liegen, weil z.B. Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Strandurlaub pur
Diese Wohnung hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Wir hatten tollen Meerblick, 2 Balkone und es war alles da, was wir zum Kochen brauchten.
Wir hätten nur gern 10 Tage gebucht und das war leider nicht möglich.
Dafür hatten wir wahrscheinlich das schönste Wetter von allen.

Ein Traumurlaub am Meer!
Ein sehr geschmackvolles Penthouse in der Strandvilla Stranddistel, die vom ostdeutschen Stararchitekten Müther in seinen späten Schaffensjahren saniert wurde. Am Ausblick vom Seesbalkon kann man sich regelrecht berauschen!

Toller Urlaub
Die Wohnung hat voll unseren Geschmack getroffen. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit einem ebenso schönen Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Sie befindet sich direkt am Strand.
