Welcome to our 85 sqm vacation apartment "Meerraum". Due to its direct location by the dike, this is the ideal place to enjoy the beautiful days of the year in the splendid North Sea spa town of Norddeich.
The Meerraum apartment has a fitted kitchen, which meets all your demands and wishes. It features an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a Nespresso capsule machine, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a toaster. Ample crockery, cutlery, and cookware are also provided.
The living area is illuminated by the large open window flooding it with plenty of natural light. Here, there is a dining table with four comfortable chairs. With your friends or with your family, you can have great game nights here, even in bad weather. You will also find a 3-seater sofa with two armchairs and a footstool in the living area. Here, you can sit back and relax with a glass of wine and some snacks while watching a movie.
Through the large sliding door, you can directly access the terrace and the garden. Here, in nice weather, you can also experience unforgettable moments in the evening. The large garden table, the comfortable Kettler garden chairs, a lounge chair, as well as a sun umbrella invite you to relax. The second terrace is located in front of the house, where you'll also find ample seating. The terrace is something really special for early risers. From here, you can fully enjoy the sunrise.
The apartment additionally includes bathrooms. One of them is located on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor. The large VELUX window supplies the upstairs bathroom with plenty of daylight and fresh air. Both bathrooms are equipped with a sink, a toilet, a spacious bathroom cabinet each, and a mirrored cabinet. A hairdryer is also available in both bathrooms. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating and a towel warmer.
The Meerraum apartment also includes two bedrooms. On the first floor, The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with back-friendly comfort mattresses and comfortable adjustable slatted frames. A large wardrobe provides enough space to store your holiday clothes. For readers, there are reading lamps on the two bedside tables.
The second bedroom also has a double bed (180 x 200 cm). You will also find two bedside tables here, each with a small lamp on them. Particularly here is a cozy sitting corner where children or friends can simply retreat. The sitting area consists of a couch, two armchairs, and a table. You can also have nice movie nights there. A highboard and a wardrobe provide enough space to store the travel luggage.
In the hallway, you will find a coat rack with hangers, a shoe rack, and an umbrella stand. The suitcases or travel bags can be conveniently stored under the stairs. The apartment also includes a parking space for a car. This is directly in front of the house. If you would like to bring bicycles, you can park them in the bike rack.

From your new home, you are just about 450 meters away from the Norddeich beach and the harbor with ferry connections to the beautiful East Frisian Islands Juist and Norderney. Doctors, restaurants, and shopping facilities are located on Norddeicher Straße and are easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. An elementary school is also nearby, while secondary schools are present in Norden, which can be reached easily by bicycle or bus.
